Shower not getting hot

We stayed here because our condo unit is being cleaned thoroughly and we have a flight the next day. It’s cozy and so clean. Caretaker is also ok. Location is very good. lots of restaurants in the area. It’s not noisy even if it’s near the airport. The provide tissue, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towels and drinking water. You can also cook (range, rice cooker and microwave). Feels like home too.

1. Intermittent internet connection (I think it was not configured correctly). We need to click pair button like every 10 minutes. 2. Some things in the bathroom need to be fixed like toilet seat & cover (not aligned) and soap container attached to the shower is loose (it may fall on your feet)

The room is very clean. They gave us free toothpaste, soap, and shampoo for the whole stay. Swimming pool can be used from 7am to 8am. Rooms are air conditioned. Kitchen are cleaned and well equipped.

Wifi is unfortunately unreliable. You have to constantly restart the wifi to get the signal and make it function properly. Also hot water on the shower is extremely hot up to a burning point on 11am-3pm. Makes it impossible to take a shower even if you turn off the water heater.

Near the Airport...the pool

location, comfort, ease of check-in and checkout. Ms Jing was very nice. thank you also for the complimentary drinking water. will be perfect if there’s iron and hair dryer :)

Spacious and clean. Close to the airport and has nearby mall and attractions. Perfect for family staycation. Fits family of 4. Utensils are available for use, you can cook or reheat food. Nice view from the terrace. Lynne was very helpful from booking to check-in/out.

It was a very comfy space. I like that everything was provided - dining and kitchenware. It would've been better if there was a work table by the window since the view is nice. The location was very near to restaurants, plus banks and supermarkets were just behind. Ms. Lynne and Ms. Peachy was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

There was no hook to hang the towels at the bathroom. That's my only complain.
