Loved this property. We came for UT graduation and it was a perfect location for the stadium/Moody and downtown area restaurants. The property is as described, check in was easy and the hosts were available when we had a question. Highly recommend for your next stay in Austin.

It was only a 2 minute walk to the venue for the wedding we were attending as well as close enough to walk to local restaurants, convenience stores, the Capitol Building and downtown. The house was nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen and all the bathroom necessities you may have forgotten. Loved the sprawling oaks in the yard and relaxing with our morning coffee on the porch.

Great central location. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little townhouse tucked away near the state capitol. Beautifully decorated inside, with full kitchen for self catering. Walkable to most of the city attractions. Hosts are very accommodating and communication was easy. Highly recommended!

It was such a cozy house just enough for six adults. We enjoyed the closeness of different businesses around us. We enjoyed our walk around the neighborhood. We could see the top of the capital building which was pretty cool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this location again. 😊

A friend and I headed to Austin for a 3-day visit to see an event at 3ten. The location of the property was a great, central location. We walked almost everywhere to enjoy the sights - Franklin's, the Capital, Kinfolk, etc. Ted was very accommodating and let us have an earlier check in since our flight was earlier in the day. He even came out to greet us and ask how we were. The townhouse was the perfect size and had everything we needed - extra blankets for lounging on the couch, umbrellas for rainy days, plenty of towels and kitchenware. Thanks again for hosting us!

The house is small but has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Downstairs is a kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, and a patio outside. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and one bathroom. For those willing to climb a ladder, the rooftop deck has a table for 6 that is perfect for relaxing with snacks and drinks. Both bathrooms have small showers only (cruise ship size), but water is hot and pressure is good. There is an off-street parking spot that was long and wide enough for my Tacoma, which is rare in Austin. My husband had a problem getting the TV to work before football, but host Ted came immediately and took care of the problem. We could hear faint music one night that sounded like a concert, but it concluded before 11 and didn't bother us. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. The location is within walking distance of the Capital, 6th Street, and many restaurants. It was perfect for a long weekend.

We came to Austin to go to a concert at the Paramount Theater and decided to make a 3 day weekend of it. The townhouse was the perfect choice in that it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do including the concert. The townhouse had everything we needed and was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks both in the morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again when and if we go back to Austin

Teds house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Check in and communication was super easy. No surprises. This place was a great value for 4 adults in town for a wedding when compared to other hotels in the area.

Comfortable home with a great central Austin location. Very walkable, minutes from the Capitol and easy to get anywhere else in the City. Definitely recommend for business or pleasure Trip.

Hosts were lovely. This is property is a great location to walk/Uber/scoot to downtown, to UT to 6th Street. It’s clean and spacious.

Cute and easily accessible townhouse close to the downtown scene. My husband, kids, and I walked to various Austin sights. The kids had no problem walking to the Congress St. bridge to see the bats! Yes and Janelle were wonderful hosts!

Great location and home. Generous hosts that have provided for all your needs. All the details have been taken care of in the home from soap to coffee filters, etc. Our party of three women felt very safe in this location. We had a rental car but it could be walkable to several areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we were in Austin.

Our stay at this cute townhouse could not have been better! The owners are very responsive and provided an outstanding property. The photos are true—the townhome is SUPER CLEAN which mattered to me. They provided amenities like coffee, creamer, sweetener, and toiletries. The third floor deck was really nice to see the Capitol dome and watch the high-reaching fireworks for MLK day. The ground floor deck was a surprisingly peaceful place to relax. The property has two nice bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. The ground floor has a small living room with a pullout sofa, bathroom, small kitchen/dining area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Many thanks to Ted and Janelle for a wonderful stay!

Loved the setting. On the loft floor you could go out and sit among the trees which we all loved as it makes a little bit county while in the convenience of the city. Easy walks to downtown Austin and we were 67, 66, 36 and 30. The hosts were very prompt in answering any questions. Will stay here if we come to Austin again and available. ( You would have tobe able to negotiate stairs unless sleeping on sleep sofa.)

One of the nicest places we have rented. Owners did not over look anything. Beds were very comfortable and the home decor was lovely. Walkable to many sites and eateries. Highly recommend it!

This is a convenient, cute home. It was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and her husband for our short wedding stay in Austin. So much better than a hotel with homey touches. Thankful for the kitchen set ups and also the book on recommendations!

Great location, close to Capitol building, campus area, 6th Street all within walking distance or short Uber ride. Worked well for our group of four adults with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was in a great location (close to campus and downtown), extremely clean and spacious, had everything we needed, and the hosts could not have been nicer! We are Texas Alumni who were back in town for the football game, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Will definitely look to book again in the future.

The townhouse is a fantastic property. Five minutes walk from the State house and 10 minutes in to the heart of downtown. Easy booking and check in process with the owners. I would highly recommend this property
