I had given the reception to give 156dh and told them I'm waiting till the morning to open money exchange service I told I have doller I will pay morning the manger would let me on the property. How ever I told keep my passport. They said no. What should I do then I have to go back where I come from. That was nasty Egypt manger. Just kind of people who don't like black people. And the want to give me US doller 3.40 sorry that was scam ass people. Sorry booking com customer service. However I had no problem last 10 years hotels you use to booking for me.

Please and please this kind of hotels make sure don't sending your customers. Thank you Liban Alio

Staff’s behaviour they don’t respect privacy.

Flexibility of the hotel for long term stays, discounts and also friendly staff especially Kashif. He's very hospitable and energetic!

Just my first ever room in this hotel they were quite dirty and theres alot of stains everywhere. And, it was a smoking room.

Had a great time in the Hotel and really the coustmer service is outstanding experience, I would like to thank Mr.Kashif for excellent Coustmer service

your carpet guys wasn’t smell nice especially after the left and we spent the all stressed with that flashing water from ithe room man ..it’s was really uncomfortable at all and it was nagging …

My husband and I frequently return to this hotel since it is inexpensive and well-kept. The staff is accommodating and friendly. I'm hoping the establishment will offer loyal clients a special discount.

The room is clean, and staffs are all friendly. From concierge, receptionist, waiters and waitress. I forgot all their names. Everyone is lovely. TYSM ❤️

The location is very good on top of everything, the room was very nice, the room service staff was very nice, the comfort of the room was above expectation

The only problem I had was, if I order something I have to go down to pick it up, staff doesn't help you with that, either do they should allow the room delivery or do they should bring it in the room

Over charging was too much just to change the bedsheet, Room AC was not working properly, Noise coming from the next room 😔
