The location and the view

The apartment is not new and not so clean. We received 2 keys and 2 cards(one broken) and was hard always to come in/out all 4.The air conditioning is not properly working. For the deposit of 600 AED cash ,we had to withdrawl for ATM and was over 700 AED. A question: what do we have to do whith so many AED in our way back to airport (they gave them back also cash). We wanted to check out at 11 and at 10:15 came someone for cleaning.

Good location, Gym downstairs.

Represented photos were made of different appartment. I will attach the real photos. Very dirty and dusty, old furniture, the oily kitchen, broken coffee mashine, black mold in the bathroom... Due to the houshold dust I've got the development of sensitisation. There is almost no sound insulation, you will now the toilet schedule of your neighboors))) The garbage disposal is the next door to the appartment and you will here it too. The managment company Hi guest does not assist in solving problems. We spent one week to get more towels! When we arrived there was only 1 bath towel for two persons! It took three days to replace broken acces card but we didn't manage to get the second one. You should understand that without acces card the entrence to the Gym downstairs is forbidden. We ordered cleaning in advance and they didn't manage to come in time and even during the day and finally they arrived only the next day. Cleaning was so-so.

ideally located, very convenient, its very near to the tram. Apartment was neat , plus points for the easy communication with HiGuests.

The staff were a bit dry

Bed was so comfortable, location is excellent, if you want to enjoy in Marina, restaurants are near by. Metro very near. Utensils were there if you wanna cook than its right place.

Fixtures were not checked before our arrival. Tab cam to hand when turn on, shower clamp was defected and it was dropping down. Cleaning was so so.
