We stayed at the house for a work conference with a group of 16. It was perfect for this and was a great space for downtime as well! Our host was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

Overall i give the place 4 stars. Because of location and neighborhood. I was in constant communication with the host months prior to my wedding. Upon arrival I open the door to a child sleeping on the couch. I slowly closed the door and walked out the home. The maids were still there not even ready for our early check in. He failed to tell me that the fridge was broken in one house and they had a mini fridge as its replacement. My wedding rehersal dinner, cocktail hour wine down (roof top) and reception dinner was held in the home. We arrived and there was no soap anywhere to be found. The ones that were there were more water than soap. I went to the next house and the stove lights were out, but their fridge was working. None of the fire pits worked upstairs. 3 are advertised. He came and fixed 2 of them. As a bride i am freaking out at this point. I can say when i contacted the host he did respond quockly and came over to fix what he could. Needless tonsay with 18 adults we still pnly had 1 fridge because thats been a issue that wasnt solved before we came or during our stay. I felt a little bamboozled. Anither thing that didnt sit well with me was when we were checking out. We cleaned and got all the trash out. Rhe maid was in house 1 and she was there 30 min. She came to the house we were in and said shes done cleaning house one. We used ALL BEDS AND SHOWERS. I IMMEDIATELY FELT GROSS. I wont be booking this area again and hopefully this helps somone in the future.

The two townhomes worked great for 12 friends on a girlfriend trip to Nashville. We had lots of space and loved the rooftop terraces! Communication with the host was great and rapid response to one issue we had while there.

We had a great stay in the two properties. The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of beds! Tyler was great with communication. Location is perfect with walking distance to The Gulch and a very quick Uber to Broadway.

Everything about the property was perfect. We had a guy leave two dress shirts. Any way we can have them sent to California?

Beautiful spacious houses that gave everyone space to spread out as well as comfortable gathering areas. Great roof top deck, stocked kitchen and always had hot water for showers!! Perfect location. Immediate responses from Tyler the property manager, with accommodations for our requests. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and large groups.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was perfect. Great location. We were able to walk to the Gulch and only a 5min Uber ride to broadway. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

I rented 2 of the duplexes for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The entire process was so easy, from booking all the way to checkout. It accommodated us very well. The roof top area is absolutely amazing. I did a lot of cooking for the group, the kitchen had literally everything I needed. I highly recommend this property & this owner.

This place was perfect for our large group! Great location - about a 5 minute Uber to Broadway. The rooftop deck was perfect and had a great view of the city. Everything in the house was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of beds and room. Ubers do get confused with the pick up / drop off with the front and back of the house but not a big issue just msg them or drop the pin on either side.

During our stay there was a water outage lasting from Thursday evening until mid-day Friday. While the property management team did drop off gallons of water to assist with flushing the toilets, this was still a major inconvenience…especially on Thursday night and through Friday AM where individuals weren’t able to shower. The group was pretty frustrated with this given the price they all paid for the 3 day rental and would like some compensation for this. We hope you recognize our inconvenience and provide some resolution that I can take back to the greater group to compensate for this. Thanks in advance. -Jack

Great property with an amazing view of the Nashville skyline. We rented side-by-side units and were very pleased with them both. They were clean and spacious enough to accommodate my family of 18. I highly recommend this property. It was a pleasure working with Tyler as well.

We had 9 women for our yearly girl's trip, so to say that everyone was happy is a miracle. There was so much space that we probably could have all stayed in one house! The home was spotless upon our arrival. Having parking was very convenient, but take a tip, park in front when you unload, not the garage or someone is going to have to climb 3 flights! We must have asked Tyler 10000 questions and he was always patient, kind and knowledgeable. Due to weather, we weren't able to use the rooftop deck but we did get quite a few nice pictures of the city and the sunsets. Nothing to really walk to but everything is a very short car or Uber ride away. Make sure to check Uber and Lyft and see which one is cheaper. Prices go up the later you go into town. Tyler also gave us some recommendations to eat and shop and he did not steer us wrong. Highly recommend this home and Nashville was welcoming and so much fun. My family and I rented both houses 1012 and 1014 for a few days before Christmas and were very happy! The location was centrally located, the space itself was clean and was great for an extended family, and the communication with Tyler was seamless. There was a total of 17 people and we all agreed we would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We rented both houses and it was perfect for our group, especially everyone having their own bedroom and bath. Very close to everying we wanted to do. We will keep this place in mind the next time we visit Nashville
