Incredible house, so beautiful and comfortable. We had many generations, everyone had their own space and privacy, which is exactly what we were looking for! The layout was beautiful communication with the owner was great. Would stay here again in a second if we had a big group. Location was also great, a little further than 12 south than I had thought, especially for 80 year olds! Wonderful house, would definitely recommend!

Great property and location! Only negative were the excessive ants in the bathroom on the second floor. Tried to use spray but I think it might be out.

Kim was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable and stocked with all the comforts of home. My family (husband, our 4 kids and one fiance) and I loved the location! They even grilled for my dinner on the rooftop deck! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This lovely home exceeded my already high expectations! My whole family came to town for my recent college graduation, and we were thrilled when we found a VRBO large enough to house us all. Not only was the place huge (with different levels, each with their own living areas), but it was immaculately clean and gorgeously decorated. I felt right at home! Additionally, as it is situated in the beautiful and safe 12South/Melrose area, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas no problem. The hosts were kind and responsive, granting us an early check-in. Five stars all day! We’ll definitely be recommending to friends.

Wonderful stay at this property. Perfect location for a Belmont University graduation we were attending. Very close to trendy 12 South neighborhood. The house is just as described and as shown in photos. So much comfortable space to spread out in-with plenty of bathrooms for people to get ready each day! The rooftop patio area was lovely in the evenings. Very easy communication with owners. Couldn't recommend this more and when we return to Nashville, we will most definitely stay here again! Loved it all!

First off the neighborhood is amazing! Super safe and clean with beautiful houses, & walkable to restaurants and shops. Short jaunt to Broadway for bars and fun! We found the advertisement the hosts left for guests about the van rideshare that was 5$ pp and fit all 8 of us. Now- the house! It was gorgeous, the photos truly represented it unlike some I’ve stayed in. It was super clean and the decor was beautiful. The kitchen well stocked, the different living areas made for lots of space to spread out and enjoy. The bedrooms/baths were incredible! We had the first floor en suite Master and the large high window in the shower let you see the sky and trees while in there. It was so cool. Lastly I LOVED watching the squirrels and wild cottontail bunnies outside! If you’re going to Nashville- 100% rent this house! Setting the bar high for our trip and the remaining houses. Hope they can live up to this one!

We loved everything about this property! It was immaculately cleaned, beautifully furnished, a great amount of space for two families to share, great location near 12 South shopping and restaurants, easy drive to downtown, and timely, informative information from host. You cannot go wrong with this one for your Nashville stay!

It was the perfect place for a group celebrating a 60th birthday. All the amenities you could ask for. It felt like home away from home. 12 south has its own quaint little town a short walk away if you didn't want to take a quick Uber ride to downtown. The hosts were great and very attentive. I wish we had more time to enjoy the place. Would definitely stay here again when we come back with a group.

Super nice and private

This property was wonderful! This was the first time I didn't have to contact the owners one while in a rental for at least a quick question. Everything was clear and the home had no issues. The check in and check out were very simple. By day 2 Kim checked in via the app just to make sure all was well. We had a lot of house for a small crowd, but it's a perfect property for a big family, a big group of friends, or anything similar. Having 3 floors of living area was awesome. 3 full living rooms (on 3 separate floors) with TVs, couches, sitting areas. Additionally, the rooftop was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable to hang out on. There's also a nice little out door conversation patio area overlooking the back yard on the first floor. All of the conversation/hang out areas in the home are nicely decorated and very comfy. Even though there were very few of us, we used all the beds. We were all very impressed with how comfortable the beds and linens were. The location was perfect as well. Just far enough away from all the action to be quiet, but close enough to either walk (to cute little shops, coffee, restaurants), or take a short Uber to downtown or other areas like The Gulch. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Our stay was fantastic! Kim was so responsive to messages leading up to the trip and was so accommodating. The house was so spacious and amazing, and the location could not have been better–we felt safe and it was a 10 minute walk to the downtown 12 South area. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Property was very clean and as described. Five women and three men. Extremely roomy - 3 separate living areas. The rooftop patio was a favorite of everyone. Best VBRO so far. So much to do in Nashville - Broadway St., Grand Ole Opry, 12 South shopping, Trolley Tour. Highly recommend Bartaco on 12 South. Six of the Eight attended and graduated from High School in 1973. Made some great memories. Owners were available and very accommodating.

Wonderful home.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Stunning home, great location close enough to all Nashvill has to offer but just far enough away to be quiet and private. Plenty of room inside the house for a large group or separate activities for different age groups like our family. Three separate living areas worked perfectly so the 20-somethings could stay up all hours while the parents slept soundly on the other floors. Unequivovally recommend this property!

The property was fantastic! New, clean, comfortable for four couples. Location was great - we walked to 12 South and it was a short drive to downtown and the Gulch. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family had an amazing time in this home. It was so clean and spacious. Plenty of room to have privacy, but also nice spaces to enjoy family time. Owners are very kind and quick to respond with any questions you may have. The area is also very nice with plenty to do within walking distance if you don’t want to go downtown. Highly recommend, and will definitely rent again when in Nashville.

Our experience was the best of all of our rentals over the past years!!! The house was beautiful and very home like comfort. Perfectly situated between downtown and the 12th district. Need I say the owners were accessible when needed. (Only once needed) They were also communicated through the rental process up to check in!!! A definite return for our family when returning to Nashville

House was modern, updated and lots of room to spread out. Location excellent! Close enough to get downtown but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Great restaurants and shops in 12 south. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were nice and very responsive. 2nd time we stayed in 12 south and would stay again in the area and in this house

We had a great stay at this rental, I had my 1 year old son with us and they provided a pack and play which was great! The home was incredibly clean and stocked with all you could ever need! Quick walk to all the shops and reataurants in 12 South and Sevier Park. Would love to stay here again, thank you!!
