My good! My room is so big! I love it A LOT. The room is so comfortable too! Everything I need is there! During my last day, Nova is so helpful. He also smiles a lot! But not only him, everyone in this hotel is GREAT!! The breakfast, my GOD! I love the breakfast a lot!! Many options that I can eat They also provide local food, even though... the taste... is not that local.... *sad* But I appreciate it, for the martabak and pisgor~ But again, I wish for more authentic taste. Like those street stalls.... The cleaners are also SUPERB! OMG! They help me to fold my pajamas too! Please, if the big boss of this hotel reads this, raise his salary! In fact, please raise all of their salary! Overall, I really enjoy it here! Will come back again if I have another business trip!

I don't mean to sound racist, since I'm also a Chinese. But why there are so many loud Chinese from China and Taiwan staying there? Not all of them are bad, but since most stay there, I feel they don't have respect for my country AT ALL! These guys come to Indonesia, stay in Indonesia and speak so loudly and please for God's sake! Use your earphones! China brands Bluetooth earphones are cheap you know. It's like 2 dollars, yet you can't afford it?? I even witnessed a mid-age Taiwanese sexually harass one of my fellow countrywomen. I rescued her and want to file a complained on that mid age company, but nobody told me his company is! Such a disgrace for these people. During breakfast, two Taiwanese men wore hotel slippers (dude...) to eat there, and spoke so loudly. Please, don't disturb other with your mannerless behavior. Again during breakfast, a Chinese from China (please don't say it's Taiwanese, I have lived in Taiwan for a long time, and I know the difference between accents and the manners) sat at my table without looking at my thing that I placed on the table. And that man said "where should I put my plate then?" Uh... I don't know? Maybe on your feet? Because you behave like a cow? Another example also comes from Chinese from China, I was eating my delicious breakfast alone, I was in a good mood, and this Chinese walked to my table just to snatch the tissue from my table. I heard many people say Chinese from China are rude, but I don't know they have ZERO manners. You make us, Chinese who were born in other countries look bad! Please respect others no matter where you are from! Hotel przewyższa oczekiwania. Profesjonalna obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo chętna do każdej pomocy. Jeśli mają taką możliwość, starają się umożliwić wcześniejsze zameldowanie lub późniejsze wymeldowanie. Pokoje duże, czyste, komfortowe. Klimatyzacja łatwo sterowalna. Śniadanie - to już osobny rozdział - jest naprawdę wyśmienite. Ogromny wybór, wszystko świeże i pyszne. Gorąco polecam! W tym hałaśliwym, niespokojnym mieście ten hotel to prawdziwa oaza spokoju, komfortu i elegancji.
