Comfortable apartment with a great view. Nice balcony with great sun during the day. Easy access and after hours check-in was quick and well organised.

The AC invertor did not blow heat, could not adjust it with the remote. Bit noisy from the pub below but not a big issue.

Lack of parking, and nearby parking expensive! That’s not the property’s fault though. We did find some traces of mould on the curtains however.

Location was good, close to everything lots of shops and pubs open around the area and was good walking distance

Advertising photos look NOTHING like what we got. We were told we were 'upgraded'. The only thing that was upgraded was the extra long hallway in the apartment. The room was TINY and could barely fit our luggage in the room as well and still be comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner & soap were all empty in the shower so lucky we brought our own. The couch couldnt fit both me and my partner comfortably (we are not that big) and there was a random even more uncomfortable chair as well. The room was advertised as 'spacious apartment with a large balcony' - that was clearly a lie. parking was $40.00 per day and was advised because we asked for parking at 8:30am we had to have our car out by 8:30am on the day we check out or if we wanted it until 10am we had to pay another $40.00. I was very disappointed for the amount of money we spent to stay here. Will not be staying here again.

Great location for visiting Auckland, next to the harbour and Britomart station. The apartment was quite spacious. The dishwasher in our room broke but the receptionist got someone to come check it first thing in the morning.

The windows do not block sound from the street very well, we got woken up by people singing on the steet below at 3 am on a Saturday even though we were on the 12th floor.

13th floor. Magic.

Clean, close to shops and eateries, had what we needed, great staff member (female) who helped me get something left behind upon checkout. Easy to checkin, warm, great firm bed and blackout curtains.

Dryer hard to use even after reading the manual.

Excellent location. Nice quiet room. Very good security and access. Space throughout although compact was very functional. Bedroom separate and comfy beds.

No access to Sky network. Bit primitive in today's environment. Offered some Netflix films but you had to pay for these. Bit of a ripoff in this regard.

The place is quite run down, kitchen utensils such as pots and knives are usable but not in good condition. There was a smell when we entered the room and little blood-sucking insects, so we had to air the room and kill the creatures. Space is cramped: the cupboard door hits the entrance door hinge and can’t be opened fully, bathroom glass door hits the toilet bowl(which is quite a safety hazard, we found broken glass pieces on the toilet floor so I suppose the glass door has been shattered previously because of this) There was partying throughout the night from nearby rooftop bars which kept us awake. The queen sized bed was made up of 2 mattresses which would have been more comfortable as 1 big mattress.

Nice small apartment in the heart of Auckland. Clean, cosy, would come back for sure. Friendly staff.

Management was very accommodating as we needed to extend our stay due to COVID.

The kitchen was not very well equipped for a lengthy stay in self isolation.

Lack of kitchen utensils, cracked/broken tiles in bathroom. Loud High pitch noise outside room from water system night and day. Over priced for what you get.

Loved the central location, great to do last minute Xmas shopping just downstairs. Food everywhere, quick walk to spots, wished we had been here more than to Quest on Hobson! Clean room, lots of space, 1 bedroom apt on the 14th floor was stunning. Awesome views, quick checkin. Didn't need a bond, excellent bed and facilities.
