Ottima colazione. Vicino al centro (a 10 minuti di macchina o di treno, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi).

Room is very nice and clean. Breakfast very complete and fresh. Our check in was very late but the staff was really nice to help us and get to the room.
The heat in the room was not working, so it was a little cold. The walls are very thin so u could hear almost everything in the next room, even people snoring. Location is a bit far from the city center, and the bus outside gets each 1 hour. Besides all that, it is a good place for one night.

Not much to not like, it is close to the Belfast City airport, bus to city centre is a good way to travel because of distance

An easy location to access the Belfast City Airport. Michael, our host, was friendly and accommodated our request for an early breakfast.
Unfortunately, the bed was small and the pillows were flat and smelly. The bathtub was huge, but the shower splashed everywhere on the floor, which made the tiles slippery. It was also very cold.

The beds were a little uncomfortable (although we were exhausted so it didn't matter too much). The parking situation was also a little cramped.

The cherries from the tree in the front garden were very good. I did ask before picking and left some in the dining room.
I prefer a bath to a shower but very good shower room.
Sound insulation not the best. I could hear the TVs from several rooms and voices from the usual very load people.
Everything else was just fine.

The host was very nice and helpful, even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. It was a cozy, cute place, with nice rooms and general areas.
The rooms are not sound proof at all. The breakfast was ok, but could have been better stocked. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The beds where not god, very soft. Breakfast was ok - but not great, not a lot of choise and the eggs where hard boiled.

Comfortable well appointed room. Although on main road it was quiet. Spectacular breakfast in lovely dining room. Easy check in and access. Good parking. Close to bus. Close to restaurants and shops. Clean and neat but homely.
Leaving. Hard bed but that is personal opinion.

me and my son stayed for one night,we was very comfortable and warm our room was very cosy,we had an excellent nights sleep,breakfast was really good we both had some cereal,the man that was in there(didn’t get his name)was very polite and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed,he even brought my son a couple of chocolate chip buns,it is quite far out but nothing a taxi can’t solve,when we return to Belfast we will certainly be booking in here
