Beautiful decor, perfect location and amazing views
There were ants in the cupboard but we took care of it and didn’t see any again

the cleaner had a dog inside the property whilst cleaning inside the property . light on balcony wasn’t working and gas hotplate in the middle kept on turning off every few seconds

The location of the apartment is excellent and the apartment is very large and pretty well fitted out. The view is good although at the time we stayed there was a lot of building work which should have been mentioned before we stayed there. The cleaning lady was really helpful and tried her best to resolve problems.
There is building work going on that rather spoils the view from the balcony. However, our biggest issue was there was a significant leak that poured down the wall when we arrived. The cleaner/management lady tried her best to stem but it did continue to leak throughout the stay. It was well known fault and the owner had clearly decide to try and patch as opposed to repair properly. We did also have a very disturbed night with guest upstairs blasting music late at night. It was so loud they could not hear us knocking to ask them to turn down.
The other big issue is all the adverts make it appear that their is a swimming pool that comes with the apartment, this is not the case. It is the owner of the blocks private apartment. They did say we could use it at the weekend if we wished to as he was away but the reality is it was pretty unwelcoming - it is also not heated. Also in our apartments the balcony furniture is rather tired and needs replacing soon.
Since we left and raised the issues they have completely ignored all our correspondence so will be making a formal complaint via booking.com

Love the view, lounge and kitchen area, my partner and I stayed here and were comfortable from a space perspective. The main bedroom is downstairs, the bed is comfortable. Afternoon sun came through which we got to enjoy the sun beds! Looks right over the beach, perfect to walk to Bondi or Bronte.
The parking - car stacker, we parked on the street, which was fine as it’s free parking. It’s loud - right on the corner of a busy street. The house keeping amenities are very low quality based on the design of the apartment. Lack of privacy could be a concern for some. No tissues, poor quality towels, no spare blankets, glassware wasn’t matching. Tv remote batteries were dead. No fly screens on the windows. Pillows were standard, expected a more luxurious stay.
