Idéalement situé à seulement quelques minutes de l'aéroport international du sud-ouest de la Floride (RSW, Fort Myers), des divertissements de jour comme de nuit, des restaurants, des boutiques, du golf et des plages de renommée mondiale de Sanibel et Captiva. Laissez votre stress derrière vous et installez-vous dans un endroit le plus calme et relaxant possible. L'unité est située au troisième étage et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

The property was as noted, a one bedroom, one bathroom unit. Nicely decorated, but even with the futon, a bit cramped for visitors. The owner was responsive, helpful and very pleasant to deal with.
I sold a property in Naples and plan to return there for future rentals…nothing to do with Bella Casa, I simply prefer Naples to Fort Myers.

This property is in a great location to all the places to see in Fort Myers/Naples area. It was very clean and the community is well maintained and has a beautiful pool and clubhouse with a gym. It was great for working remotely. Julio was quick to respond to my questions.

This property is in a great central area so that you can get to anywhere you want. Very clean and exactly the way it pictures. The owner is very attentive when you need anything or have questions. I highly recommend this property, Thank you for making this stay a great one Julio.

Upon entering the property, we were pleasantly pleased to find it nicely decorated and very clean. The property owner had many extra amenities, which was very considerate and appreciated. We truly enjoyed everything about the property. Thank you.

Condo was nice and very clean, close to all types of shopping. The pool and workout area are very nice. The bed ( which was low to the ground) was very uncomfortable.
The couch was hard to get comfortable on while watching TV.

We really enjoyed our stay. No detail was overlooked. The little bowl of chocolates that greeted us when we first entered was such a nice touch. The location was perfect and central to everything. The unit included everything we could possibly need, from coffee filters to laundry soap and beach chairs. It was like a home away from home...but far more updated. Loved the travertine tile! We would definitely rent here again.

Condo was clean and location was good for all types of shopping and eating out. Pool area was very nice with good furniture. Good work out room with plenty of machines.
Julio was very good to deal with and answered all questions promptly.

We liked the property, very neat nicely decorated and convenient location. The problem for us was that it was on the third floor and having problem with my knee it was difficult to go up and down the stairs. In the bathroom I wish there had been a rail as it was quite difficult also to go in and out from the tub. We enjoyed the pool and surroundings.

Great place to vacation, completely disconnect from the routine and relax to the max with the subtle atmosphere found there. Communication and attention of the owner spectacular, many thanks.

The apartment is amazing, very well located. Is a very nice layout for my taste.it is incredibly confortable and clean. I am sure will be a nice place to stay for vacation.

Tired, of our NYC life we needed to recharge, one of my friends recommended us, this beautiful condo! We had a great week, enjoyed the apartment, the beach and also some of the amenities that the complex offers.
We enjoyed great outdoor breakfasts and were blessed with wonderful and sunny days.
If you are looking for serenity and a relaxing stay this condo is for you. The place offers luxury and comfort, it is also close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants so it does really offer a lot. We hope to be back sooner that later :)

I stayed here with a friend and I was so happy that the condo is exactly as the pictures shown, there were no surprises. The owner (Julio) is awesome to work with and he is responsible, serious and in addition, very kind, if you have any question he responds quickly. The condo is conveniently located near grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The unit is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, towels, etc. very comfortable and well settled. The pool was very inviting. I highly recommend it.

First I want to thank Julio (the Owner), he was always very responsive and friendly.
The property is very well located, surrounded by shops, nice restaurants and for me a big plus gorgeous golf courses.
Nice decorated, full equipped kitchen, everything as described on the listing.
I went with my wife and son they were very pleased as well, beautiful beaches around the area of Downtown Ft. Myers, we also visited Sanibel and Captiva.
Overall a great experience, definitely will go again next year!

I shared the apt with 3 others. The size of the apt was perfect for us (decorated very stylishly, clean, seemed to be mostly new materials), although I do wish the spare bed could have been a little bigger. It was nice to have the option of going to the pool, which we did take advantage of. The complex is gated, which is nice, and conveniently located. Overall, we felt well-taken care of and Julio was quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed in this condo for almost 2 weeks in March. It is new, clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The building is quiet and the pool and whirlpool were hardly ever crowded. It was near grocery stores, shops and restaurants and in a convenient location for getting around Ft Myers. We really enjoyed visiting Six Mile Slough, a nature center that is close by. We had a great time staying here and the only thing we might suggest is the addition of cable and internet. Thanks Julio for a wonderful vacation.

Everything as described! Brand New (even the towels and linens) and very clean! so my family and I felt like home.

This was our first trip to Florida and our very first vacation. My husband, myself and my two sons stayed in this wonderful condo. Julio was the perfect host. We waited till the last minute to find a place to stay and Julio made sure we had everything in order so that we could be in Florida and have a place to stay. The condo was very clean, organized and new. It was perfect. We are so happy with our stay, We are already planning our next trip. Julio made the whole experience of renting a condo so easy. Thank you Julio for your patience with us and for being so nice. I hope to be speaking with you soon about next years vacation.

I have to say this was one of the best vacations we've ever taken! Fort Myers is beautiful! We just loved it!!! :) and to top it all off we had the great fortune to find this condo! Not only, It was perfectly located (very close to the beaches and everything else), but also everything was brand new! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The gated community is beautiful and very quite... we would love to come back soon!
