Amazing coffee in the Lounge that was free for guests! The blackout blinds were also very nice for the mornings we wanted to sleep in.
Found some hairs on the bed sheets when we first arrived in the room. The brown lady at the front desk was very quick to apologize and get us new sheets right away!

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen dichtbij levendige buurt en betaalbare parkeergarage. Kamer en badkamer waren schoon.
De ontbijtruimte kan zeker gezelliger ingericht worden. Het personeel kan een actievere rol spelen in plaats van in de deuropening te staan wachten. Klanten moeten zelf vragen of iets bijgevuld kan worden. Het hotel kan nog grote stappen zetten om afval te vermijden. Jammer dat er zo veel wegwerpborden, -bekers en -bestek wordt gebruikt.

The staff that did our check in was not very friendly and did not explain the parking situation very well. My husband had to walk almost a whole block to get back to the hotel from the parking lot. We were surprised to discover that the hotel doesn't even have their own parking lot. When booking this hotel, whether it's with booking.com or directly with the hotel the parking situation needs to be made clear. I have mobility issues and was not able to walk to and from the parking lot which left it up to my husband every time we used the car. (Sorry, didn't realize I was supposed to put what I liked so I just put several things here)

Also, no desk, beds too high to simply sit on, no place to hang clothes for more than 1 person. The toilet seat was crooked and the bathroom door was too close to the toilet.

O ponto alto do hotel fica por conta da excelente equipe de funcionários. Destaco a funcionária Larissa, que é brasileira. Extremamente atenciosa e nos auxilio muito em nossa estadia.

The breakfast was rudimentary and basic no where near the usual Hampton Inn level of "quality." The location was decent thats about as good as it gets
What i did not like was the cockroaches in my room across my desk while I was working, that is more than a little disturbing, and the place reeked of urine when the cleaning staff were cleaning up the washrooms on the floor

Very good breakfast— buffet service, but food was always freshly made and proper temperature.
My room was small but efficiently designed and ok for a short stay. However, the ventilation blew right over bed— would be better if vent could be directed better. Also the temperature light on ventilation unit is very bright— it prevents room from getting dark at night.

The location was excellent. Just on the outskirts of the busy areas, but within walking distance of key attractions, with an excellent supermarket within a block, and a parking building a couple of doors down. (The added bonus was that the parking building was in the middle of upgrading its ticketing system / barrier arms and the app wasn't working properly - so we managed to park there (with lots of ins and outs) at no cost.)
The breakfast was great/ Plenty of choice and no issues with the food running out.
We loved the free coffee machine in the lobby.
