Unfortunately, there was cat urine odor on the first and second floor

lovely room with huge jacuzzi bath . metro 5 mins walk bus to airport was from bus station was 5 mins walk . breakfast was nice.

Location didn't seem great but maybe personal feeling No elevators Parking seems limited. Not a bad thing but it's more like apartment then hotel. Fine for my one night stay needs.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pleasant, helpful and happy to converse in French or English. Our room was spacious and very clean. Location was excellent for Old Montreal with easy access to the Metro. Lots of places to eat, buy snacks nearby. The hotel had a cosy vibe with lots of character. We were made to feel welcome at all times. Central, easy access to the Metro and the bus to the airport. Would definitely recommend it to friends. A very affordable option in a major city.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully quaint and is located perfectly to access attractions and shoppes.

Its an old building (which is great), but some of the art on the walls doesn't suit the character of the building. And if that is my worst complaint then they've really done a good job.

Soundproofing wasn't good. Other guests were quiet, so we weren't disturbed at all, however we were mindful of privacy not being great.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The building itself had old charm and was very quaint. There was a simple breakfast included (toast, coffee, fruits) that was perfect for my group. The parking was easy and there were lots of free spaces when we arrived. We ended up waking everywhere so the car stayed at the hotel with no issues. I would come back for sure!

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable and the rooms could use some renovations (paint peeling in places for example). You can also hear quite a bit in the halls but it is to be expected in an older building. Overall happy with the quality of the rooms given the price.

Shower was semi warm throughout our stay. the room was a little warm but we opened the window for cool air.

Staff was very, very helpful and accommodating. And the hotel was charming.

Perfectly located right in the centre of things: the hotel was a perfect base as lots of areas we’re in walking distance, and there is a metro nearby. Free parking meant we could leave the car during our stay. The individually furnished rooms are all unique. Our ground floor, front of house room was enormous. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was fine.

Even though all other covid restrictions had been lifted, staff didn’t clean the room, empty bins or change our towels during the visit.

Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Shower takes a bit to warm up and get hot water. Could use more electrical outlets. No USB ports. No real way to adjust room temp….radiators. Would stay again.

No microwave, but not a big deal.
