excellent location , coffe and great staff

Location was great. Room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is safe and secure. They take safety very seriously and it was great to see that.

Table, and chairs in the room were plastic foldable ones. Not really bedroom furniture. The private bathroom was very small. The sink was tiny. Much smaller than expected. But considering the money I paid, and for location, it was acceptable.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was charming and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Despite my late arrival (10:30 PM), being the last guest to check in that day, the lady at the reception waited for me and welcomed me with a warm, friendly smile. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to many shops / restaurants, making exploration and dining options easily accessible. Overall, a wonderful hotel that made my stay memorable with its excellent service and prime location. Highly recommended!

The availability of coffee and tea in the room would have been a nice touch. Although these were available in a common space, the coffee machine was unfortunately broken on the first day of my stay, and since it was a weekend, it wasn’t fixed until Monday. The lady promised to fix it and she did. Additionally, a note on privacy: as mentioned by other guests, the design of the toilet and bathroom is quite open, with transparent walls, which might not be comfortable for everyone, especially when not traveling alone.

It was clean (room, sheets and towels) and silent. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location if you want to get to know the city. It is near metro stations Saint Laurent and Berri-UQAM. Easy to get the 747 bus to the airport (bus stop René-Lévesque / De l'Hôtel-de-Ville).

The bathroom is in the bedroom, separated only by a glass door that doesn't really closes, and there is an large ventilation opening above the door. You can hear and smell people doing its business. I needed to tell my family members to exit the room so I could relieve myself. The hotel is in a street with homeless people (beggars). All downtown is like this, you can't really avoid it.

Very nice and friendly lady working behind the desk, made me feel very welcome. The hotel is in a really good location, just a few minute walk from the uqam metro station in one direction and the other direction takes you to a high street full of shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean and also had everything you need if you’re just using the hotel as a base and place to crash while exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is absolutely fine. There’s also facilities for making coffee.

Shower head was a bit dodgy, had to be at a certain angle otherwise it would fall. Water also leaked a bit from the shower onto the bedroom carpet. I couldn’t get anything to work on the tv, although it was connected to the wifi no videos or movies ever loaded. No staff / security present at the desk during the night. Wasn’t an issue for me but some people may feel unsafe. There’s no need to though as the main entrance is locked and only guests can enter using the code.

The room was incredibly clean and the perfect size for a solo traveler. The location was excellent for walking and site seeing. I was so happy to be so close to downtown.

I wish my door had a draft strip at the bottom so it was more sound proof from the reception area.

Prime location, 10min walk to everywhere. Room’s not big but very clean, beds are comfy, and owner’s quite friendly and helpful.

Wi-fi could be improved

Location was excellent. Everything was very clean. Staff was very accommodating when I couldn’t return to hotel at 11am for checkout.

I could hear a lot of noise at night when trying to sleep so maybe the walls/doors could be made sound proof

Pretty central location, easy check-in. Decently sized room (except the bathroom).

The room was smelling like somebody smoked inside. Had to turn off the AC, as it was smelling like it would burn. The toilet is too small, the sink is barely usable. No elevator, and room at the 3rd floor.

Decent location

We booked a room at a different hotel upon seeing this room. No privacy. Seemed clean enough but was otherwise a very weird vibe. It felt like the room was in the waiting room, the two of us had to whisper. I can't speak to whether the other rooms are any better. We just wanted to get out.

The facilities were clean and tidy.

The staff was super nice and helpful, and the location great (just a short walk from many atrractions/nice areas). Overall good value for money!

It was a bit loud (coming from the outside, a mechanical sound) and internet connection was not the best.

Clean and confortable for the price. I would definitely come back, you can easily walk everywhere since the hotel is close to a lot of shops. Would recommend 100%
