AMAZING Home in the Heart of the VB Resort Area walk to the Oceanfront.
La maison TREE peut accueillir 10 personnes. La TREE HOUSE et une maison ouverte et spacieuse confortable est situé dans la communauté paisible et sûre Old Beach. Notre maison se trouve à 7 minutes à pied du bord de mer et de la plage, le marché, Convention Center, Musée d'art contemporain, des parcs d'attractions, et plus encore. Il est une courte distance en voiture (10 minutes) à l'Aquarium et le golf local. La maison d'arbre a deux chambres avec 2 lits queen size dans chaque chambre avec une télévision (4 personnes dans chaque chambre). La troisième chambre a un lit king et TV et 2 couchages. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain complète et il y a un demi-bain dans le salon. Il y a un grand parking dans l'allée pour 4 véhicules et une grande offre de plate-forme extérieure de manger et espace de détente. La maison est équipée de tous les draps et serviettes, casseroles et ustensiles de cuisine, barbecue et plus encore. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. croiseurs de plage, planches de surf, des serviettes de plage, parapluies, jouets sont disponibles à la location. Aussi chaise haute, berceau sont disponibles à la location. animaux formés sont les bienvenus moyennant un supplément.

We had a very relaxing time. Loved the house! We had 2 issues, the fire pit wouldn’t start and the toilet in the green room kept running emptying the tank daily. In spit of those issues, our time in Virginia Beach was wonderful.

The house is nice and had enough room to stay for a family of 6. We were disappointed in the lack of care paid to the details. What I mean is that there were issues with the house that would have been fixed if the owners actually stayed there. You can tell this is just a rental to them. The light at the front door was out so you could not see the code pad to get in without using a flashlight. The lights on the stove don't work, the firepit does not work (even with propane) the downstairs door to the balcony would not open. The toilet paper holder was torn off the wall in the 1/2 bath. The upstairs bathrooms need attention also - light fixture hanging down, toilet issues.
Maybe I'm too picky but if I am going to pay these prices I expect the house to be kept up-to-date.

We stayed with our 4 children and grandparents, the house was very comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect, we never drove as we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!

House was large, comfortable, located on very nice corner in a nice neighborhood. Small fenced yard great for dogs. Easy 5 block walk to beach. Enjoyed sitting out on deck! Had a great stay!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Since there were multiple households, having a separate bathroom for each room was a great feature! We spent a lot of time on the deck, which was perfect! The location was perfect where the beach and restaurants were within walking and even the grocery store was only a couple blocks away!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and just as described. The location was perfect for an evening walk to the beach and boardwalk. Our pups loved the fenced in yard.

We go to a different location every year and this year as others was a wonderful experience. Owner had great communication when I had questions and the neighborhood was peaceful. Short walk to the beach and a nice deck to sit and visit in the evenings. Thank you!

Came to visit family who live in VA beach. We have a large family and this was by far the most accommodating. Decor was beautiful and it has all the essentials you need. Large deck and fenced in yard was a huge bonus. Super clean and owner was quick to respond with questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Tree House. Everything was as described - clean, plenty of room and light, great internet, and plenty of parking. The house being half a mile off the oceanfront boardwalk meant we didn't have to try to find parking during the Neptune Festival as well! Plus it's within walking distance of the Oceanfront area's many great restaurants as well as a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the very spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked except no toaster. But we used the broiler. We plan to return next year. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your place.

This house was perfect for us! The main floor was open and spacious with a bathroom and a gorgeous deck with plenty of room to eat out on.
Each bedroom had large beds, their own bathrooms, and balconies.
We didn't see them until we were packing to leave but there were boogie boards we could have borrowed.
The house was perfect for my husband and me and my daughter's family (with four kids). We will definitely rent this again. The host answered immediately if text. :)

Family of 7 here, stayed for 6 days. House was just like the pictures and was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a few hiccups during our day but the owner was so quick to fix the issues and was great with communication. The home was very comfortable and the whole family had their own space which made it feel much more home like. We would stay again if we visit Virginia Beach again!

This property was in a quiet cute neighborhood. It is close to a park (Tennis Courts) and a grocery store. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We had a great time and would book it again if we are in the area.

The owners were responsive for any question or concern we had during our stay. The location was nice, close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy it and far enough away to be away from the busy traffic. The house was clean and fit our needs.

This property was very unique. The spiral staircase was such a neat touch. The upstairs bedrooms are huge and each has their own bathroom. I love this. This is great for larger groups. The upstairs really did make you feel like you were in a treehouse. I loved listening and watching all the birds. This house was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house is in an excellent part of town, a couple of blocks from the ocean, plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet.
Beds in the home are good, the main bedroom bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked, although more silverware would be good.
We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, clean, and well furnished. It had everything that we needed and then some. Easy check in and out.
We'd have preferred an hour later checkout time (11 instead of 10), and window coverings on the glass doors for privacy, but these are just nitpicks, and we'll be back again next year either way.
