Maison 5 étoiles. Unique en son genre pas la maison moyenne .. .Un bloc de marche entre deux parcs avec observatoire, courts de tennis, sentiers pédestres et aire de jeux. Courte distance de marche du Newman Performing Arts Center et Du. À moins de 8 minutes du Cherry Hills Country Club et des sentiers équestres et pédestres. Le tramway est à moins de dix minutes pour se garer et se rendre à Lodo qui propose du théâtre, des restaurants et des musées. Le centre commercial Cherry Creek est à environ 3 km.

The house was spacious and well appointed. The outdoor space allowed for time to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and reflecting on our busy itineraries in the evening.
The location of the property provided convenient access to key Denver activities including the zoo and Coors Field for a ball game.
We made good use of the ample kitchen space for cooking and dining at the breakfast bar. The convenience of a first floor washer-dryer allowed us to stay caught up on laundry midweek.
There were a few minor upkeep items that should be addressed, but overall this was a great place for our family to gather during our weeklong stay.

We needed a place for family to gather for a CU graduation. Our family came from different states with different arrivals and departures so, booking one place solved our logistic problems. Better yet, this house is in Observatory park, walking distance from my sisters house. We love the neighborhood! The house has everything you need. Very spacious, 4 bedroom home. The house was perfect.

The house and neighborhood are beautiful and has everything you may need during your stay. My husband and I went with 3 other couples to see a concert at Red Rocks. The house had more than enough room for the 8 of us and it was an easy drive to the concert.

Spacious & a great location
A spacious home & a beautiful location. The house was comfortable for our family and the kitchen was roomy for several of us to cook in. Loved the back patio space, great shaded area to hang out. It was pretty hot & humid while we were in Denver, so the swamp cooler definitely worked overtime to cool down the house. Love the location near Observatory Park & the quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home
This home is beautiful and very clean! My family and I came to visit our son who lives in Denver. We all enjoyed the patio and balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this lovely home. We will return.

Wonderful Stay
This is the third time we’ve stayed at this house. It is a great house, wonderful indoor and outdoor space, and awesome hosts!

Property was great. However it needs a new hot tub cover. Very heavy water logged. Real hard to open
Vrbo would not take a discover card. Never returned messages about paying balance with 2 different cards. Also the lawn was very tall.

Better Than Expected
This beautiful home was convenient, comfortable, roomy, and well-equipped. If it had been for sale, I would have made an offer! It suited us to a tee---and it made for a memorable "shelter-in-place" family getaway. I hope we will be able to stay there again. Charley was a gracious host.

Perfect size and location
We really enjoyed our stay and the large home was perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen was well appointed so we were able to cook and the location made it very convenient.

Great Family Property
This home was the perfect size and layout for our family. We immediately felt like it was our home away from home. The location was great with a beautiful neighborhood, 2 nearby parks, and easy access to just about everything. The open concept kitchen / family room allowed us to enjoy cooking and socializing at the same time. We would definitely rent this home again.
