Everything was as advertised, can’t wait to come back! Big room, great shower and the view of pool and beach is amazing. You can just lay around the pools and beach all day, so relaxing. Then catch a Uber to south beach, around $10 bucks to enjoy some night life. Do yourself a favor and book this room!

Stayed for seven days. Looked over bill at checkout and was charged for twice for cleaning on top of the mandatory cleaning at end of stay. We didn’t ask for cleaning service but they did it anyway and tried to charge for it. They didn’t question and took it off. Overall was good but felt like they tried to get extra money out of us.

Couldn’t have picked a better place for my partner and myself to stay in Miami. This unit is exactly as pictured, and it is fabulous. From the size of the room (huge), to the incredible view, and amenities of the Fontaine Bleau, it exceeded our expectations. Do yourself favor, stay here.

This resort is where it’s at!!!! The room is exactly as described & has a great view over the resort & partial view of the ocean. Everything was great & the resort has so many amenities & the staff was very friendly & helpful!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

I absolutely loved this suite and the resort as well. Check in was a breeze and the vibe was all of that and then some. I only had one issue and that was the sheets weren't clean but the front desk wasted no time getting us clean sheets so over all we really enjoyed our stay cant wait to do it again.

When I arrived the room counter tops felt sticky, the floor wasn’t vacuumed and I asked for house keeping 4 times through out my stay and not once did they show up. The $125 mandatory fee was ridiculous since they don’t provide clean rooms and don’t come when you ask.

Carpeting dirty and in dire need of cleaning. My white socks were covered in hair and debris…gross.
Fire alarm battery started chirping in the middle of the night got no help in replacing battery. Started at 5 am but 3 am our time. No sleep at all. Went to front desk 3 times for help…nothing. We went to Miami for doctor appts not vacation. Our first time being able to sleep in, and that happened. Asked for more coffee pods …nothing. Wish staff was more caring and helpful.

My wife and I wanted to experience Miami while enjoying the beach AND an ocean view. This place offered all of the above. The condo was lovely. The hotel experience was luxurious, with access to the beautiful pools and the spa. If these things interest you, this is likely the place for you.

Love most of everything about the property however, the room wasn’t super clean on arrival (hair in the toilet and on the floor by the toilet).
Pull out couch was unfortunately not ideal. The mattress, thin, with minimal cushion (no mattress cover was provided for additional comfort) and springs very noisy/stiff sounding. Only a small blanket and pillow provided as bedding for this bed.
Three adult people rented the room and only 1 housecoat was provided.
King sized bed was super comfortable with great bedding.
Main fridge was not working properly and the ice tray has mold in it and also doesn’t work. It was very fortunate a smaller bar fridge was provided which worked very well.
No dish soap provided to wash the dishes.
Although the carpet is clearly quality, it was rather stained and appeared dirty.
We absolutely love the size of the room, the stunning view and location overlooking the pool and ocean.
Air conditioning was terrific as well.

Check in process was smooth. Only thing we did not like was that the cabanas blocked the view on the beach unless you get one. If it had been more than just myself and my spouse, we would’ve rented, but didn’t make sense with only two people.

We stopped through on our way to Key West. I wish we knew about this place sooner as we would have stayed at least 2 nights. Super clean and friendly staff. The check in process was a little confusing as the front desk wrote down a room number that didn’t exist. But then we remembered to look at the confirmation email and was able to find it. The view was breathtaking and we will be back!

The hotel has good location. Lots of options for restaurants. Pools are nice. Go early to pools to get good seats. Otherwise the pool guys will help you find chairs to sit. Drinks and food are definitely overpriced. Pay attention to your receipts as SERVICE charge is already included.
As for the room. It was 4/5. No dine in menus in the room or a qrs code for the menu or to order. Online mobile ordering would be nice. No ice machines to get ice on each floor but if you text the number for towels they will bring them up. Our room did not have a mini bar or snack bar even though they said it did and then later apologized saying sorry it didn’t but didn’t offer to restock it?
Not enough towels. But to be fair if you need anything text the number and they will bring things up fast including the extra towels. For the overall price the quality was a 4/5. Lot of things need to be fixed. The elevators are slow. Sort of confusing lay out. There was a fire alarm that needed a battery replaced that chipped for the full 3 days we were there and did tell them multiple times.
We were not able to enjoy the spa because it was completely booked and priority is NOT given to hotel. The beach is ok. Not as clean and white beaches and pretty as you would expect.
The drinks at the bar were good. The food was good. That we did enjoy despite price. We dined and drank at La cote most of the time! Bar tenders are friendly

Messy w/ a broken shower
When i arrived there were leftover dishes in the sink, a carboard pizza box in the closet (yes thats right), clothing left over from the previous guests, and flammin hot cheetos all over the carpet. they had all been stepped on too, so they were really ingrained in the carpeting. the sofa had stains on the pillows as well.
The shower was broken and only scolding hot water came out.
Disappointed as i have stayed at this hotel dozens of times, lately each time is worse and worse.

Great resort on the beach
Room was as advertised. Easy check in and check out at Fontainebleau, the staff was terrific throughout our stay, always very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were on the firmer side, but not to the point of losing any sleep or being uncomfortable. Location was close enough to a lot of restaurants to walk to but rideshares worked well too.

Disappointed stay
We were disappointed overall with our stay. They weren't prepared for all the people over presidents weekend, overcharged us on the bill but later received credit, three hour delay for pool side service, housekeeping never deliver missing blankets, to mention a few items.

Disappointed
The property was very beautiful… as pictured, but the atmosphere was different than expected for us. We were looking more for a relaxing, quiet trip to sit by the beach and the pool, but this wasn’t really the place for that. It’s very loud and wasn’t the best place to find quiet and peace.
We had one unique circumstance in this unit that made it a particularly bad experience. The first night we were there, my husband and I woke up to a man in our room who had broken in from the balcony. It really scared us. Fortunately, he didn’t harm us or take anything and he ran straight out the door, but it really unsettled us for the rest of the trip. We immediately reached out to the hotel for resolutions and were disappointed by the lack of care, consideration, and urgency in the matter. Because it was a VRBO, there were no options to change rooms that night, and it was extremely difficult to find a way to feel safe in that room after the experience. The next morning, the owner of this unit offered to refund our trip if we would like to check out, but we opted not to as we knew it would be much more expensive than we originally paid to find a new hotel room for the rest of our stay.
We were happy to come home. I had so many higher expectations for our trip, and was pretty disappointed how it ended up turning out.
I will say though, there were a few things we did still enjoy. The spa was our favorite part of the trip. We went multiple times and enjoyed it each time. The pools were nicely heated, and felt great, even though we didn’t have great weather. The room itself was nice and the view was beautiful.
