Perfect condo for a break from LIFE. Super quiet, slept like a baby, steps away from restaurants, pool, and beach. What more can you ask for!

I had a great experience staying at this property. It was very well kept and in a perfect location!

The location of this unit was really great. Lots of restaurants to walk to and security was top notch. Just a little too far from the beach for me. But, great for anyone who doesn’t mind walking a few blocks. Otherwise, great value for the price.

This place has the perfect location, an amazing view, helpful security staff, a pool, and is not far from the airport. Five minutes walk from all the 24 hour stores, we were able to go buy groceries at the Pueblo Supermarcado and walk along the strip exploring all the different restaurants nearby. I enjoyed Los Platos, Jovinita, and Mi Casita. It's also next to the Fairmount hotel where you can gamble or have amazing cocktails while dancing salsa to the house band. If you like to snorkel, you have beach access and can swim to a little island out front. (We were actually able to see sea turtles.) Plus, all the beaches rent chairs for less than $5 and I felt safe leaving my stuff alone to snorkel. I will definitely return to this magical island!

This was our first experience renting with VRBO. Location was excellent with easy access to roads from and to the airport plus any way you wanted to go in the island. The studio was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The instructions for checking in and out were simple and easy to follow. It’s located at walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. I would love to stay there again in the near future and definitely recommend it for a vacation.

It's an older condo building but a fantastic property for a stay with a beautiful view. Very convenient location and great host with excellent communication. Condo building also has a nice pool.

I flew my girlfriend down to PR and we stayed here. The location was amazing and beach was a short walk away. If we wanted to go to Old San Juan and was a Cheap UBER rider to get there. Melinda was very Kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this property. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and organized and yes, you can see the beautiful ocean from bed. It was conveniently located near restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We arrived during the blackout and Melinda kept us updated on the progress the whole time. She was very quick to respond to all inquiries and was very helpful, as was the co-host Maria. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Very nice place and nicely located. As our phones didn't work in Puerto Rico without WIFI, I was still able to message Melinda and she was very prompt in replying to any questions. We would recommend her unit.

Excellent I always stay in Marriotts and this is better more bigger than a suite . Excellent view of the most beautiful beach and the city !! We really enjoy the comfort . Maria excellent in hospitality and helpful . Manager Miss Garcia super friendly ready for help 24/7. We really repeat this excellent place.

El lugar estaba según lo descrito, perfecto para mi grupo de 2 adultos y un niño. La ubicación es ideal para acceder a la playa. Todo muy limpio y ordenado y las instrucciones para el check-in/out fueron precisas. Es un espacio muy acogedor y bien organizado. La piscina es perfecta y tiene un horario amplio que permite disfrutarla casi todo el día.

The studio is nice and clean. Great view of the ocean off the balcony and even from the bed! As far as the shower water it is lukewarm but could be a bit hotter. The unit has all you need just bring a few clothes and your toothbrush! It was perfect close to everything! I recommend and will come back to this property.

This property is located next to El San Juan Hotel. Nice view of the ocean and Isla Verde Avenue. Security and Privacy were excellent. Elevator is in need of a little TLC but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Have fun in the Daiquiri Lounge. If you want to have fun, the entertainer and the staff were very friendly. Everything is within a walking distance. The room is a little nice study with everything you need. Very clean with a lovely marble floor. The hot water in the shower was just hot enough; it could be a little bit hotter. Few days before the check in date, the property manager sent an email explaining everything from the moment we walk through the gate. Some of the tenants smoke in the balconies and made it difficult to enjoy the view while they were smoking. Overall, it was very enjoyable, love the view, location and the place was perfect for us.

This property is centrally located in Isla Verde. The apartment was nice, beautifully decorated and most importantly, clean. Nice view of the ocean off the balcony. I would recommend this property

Everything you need is there. Washer, dryer, towels, WiFi, TV, hair dryer, stove, cooking ware, fridge and a comfortable bed. Our stay was wonderful and the owner is very sweet. Highly recommend this place for vacationers, families and honeymooners. Did I mention they have an awesome pool?

the place was nice was clean. the water was no to hot. good for a 2 person.
