Maison victorienne mise à jour dans un emplacement privilégié au nord-ouest de Portland, l'une de nos maisons de vacances à Portland. Pour les grands groupes, il y a des condos à côté et un studio en dessous. # 579714, 496637, 626450, 632825 et 701061. Cette maison a 3 chambres à coucher (plus 4ème zone de couchage) et 2 salles de bain complètes. Le premier étage comprend une suite spacieuse chambre des maîtres, salle de bains avec la nouvelle griffe pied baignoire et douche de tuiles, grand placard, laveuse / sécheuse et portes françaises qui mènent sur son propre balcon. L'étage principal dispose de deux chambres, cuisine gastronomique, salle de séjour avec des portes de poche originaux et canapé-lit pour créer un "quatrième" espace privé de sommeil, salle à manger formelle et salle de bain complète avec planchers de bois franc dans toute la maison. La cuisine dispose surdimensionné appareils haut de gamme, grande île de granit et des portes françaises qui mènent sur une magnifique terrasse avec mobilier de jardin. La maison a été récemment rénové comprenant une cuisine et salle de bains à jour cru, nouveau four, nouvelle plomberie - confort de la nouvelle et le charme de la vieille! Il y a une allée et un garage pour le stationnement mais une voiture n'est pas nécessaire dans ce quartier urbain!

Il est très proche de la voiture de rue pour un accès rapide à la Pearl District, Willamette River et le centre ville est également à distance de marche si vous êtes un bon marcheur! La maison est située sur une impasse calme avec beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue, plus un chemin au bout de la rue pour un accès direct à Thurman où les cafés, boulangeries et boutiques françaises commencent. We truly enjoyed staying in this lovely home. the beds were super comfortable, and it was perfect for our sister’s weekend. There are plenty of places to hang together and the kitchen and porch were lovely. We would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Easy check in and clear communication with owner. Plenty of space. Parking spot is essential if you have a car. House can be warm when the temperature approaches 90 F even with window ACs. Great neighborhood for restaurants and entertainment.

The house is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is creamer in fridge for your first coffee, if you come too late to pick up some food. We had groceries delivered, which was also easy. The house is on a road that dead ends, so it is not on a busy road. It has historic architecture, but does not feel old; it is very comfortable, and quiet. The renter was very communicative and accommodating when we made a mistake on when we were checking out.

Perfect house in a quiet street that is a block away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Also only 4 blocks from a huge park with walking trails. Kitchen was stocked with everything. Will stay again.

The house is large and comfortable. The parking in the driveway is so helpful. The dead-end street is quiet. The walk to 23rd & 21st is not short for an 85-year-old person, who was my traveling companion, so we ended up driving over to those areas to walk around. For strong walkers, this property is close enough to shops & restuarants.

We had a great time staying at the Victorian House in uptown Portland. It is everything the listing says and more. It has character, history, and comfort. We particularly enjoyed the creaking floors as we thought of all the people who have walked around the 100+ year old house. It is tucked in amongst apartments and condos but is a remarkably quiet neighborhood. It happened to be quite nice and warm when we were there so we spent time outside on the back deck. Quite lovely! Our New Yorker enjoyed getting coffee each morning from different coffee shops and they were all great. We walked to the Fillmore Trattoria for dinner one night and to St Honore and Besaw's for breakfast. We also just hung out and played games and streamed movies. We hope to return to this little gem in Uptown Portland.

Two friends and I decided to meet in Portland for a girl weekend and could not have been happier with our stay. The house is in a FANTASTIC location. Really good food, shopping and other attractions are all within a short walking distance. House was clean and really cute! So much charm and the neighborhood felt very safe. Absolutely recommend!

Hard to find a better location or house for a family gathering weekend. Quiet street. Two year-old could ride her scooter. Delightful walks every day to bakery, shopping and park. Incredibly well stocked home for lots of family cooking. Wonderful vibe. Can’t say enough good things!!!!

We had a group of all adults and had more than enough room to not only sleep, but there it was perfect for us to come together and all have our own space at the same time. The neighborhood is great! So much to see and enjoy, but all walkable! Short drive to downtown Portland. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our time in Portland! In part to our stay at this charming home. It had a lot of character while offering all the amenities needed. Having parking was a wonderful perk!! The location is perfect for morning walks to get coffee or dinner at night. There are some great hikes only a mile away. A wonderful place to stay.

This house was perfect for a family of four. We had plenty of space, beds were cozy and lots of comfortable areas to spread out. We would recommend this house for anyone coming to stay in Portland for several days. We had all items needed for a vacation stay and the kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed here while visiting another family in town. We loved how much space we had compared to a hotel and the ability to cook for ourselves. One thing to note is that the primary bedroom upstairs does not have a door so it did lack privacy in that way. NBD for us, though! The best part was that we didn’t have to do much at all for checkout. We had very early flights so being able to walk out stress free was incredible. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The house is undeniably old, and the little window A/C units were not ideal for us in terms of a comfortable night’s sleep in late summer, but we enjoyed the old Victorian character. The place could be cleaned more thoroughly. There is a huge building being constructed directly across the street right now, so there was a lot of noise, but it was bearable. There is also a lot of light from neighboring buildings at night and from the sun in the morning, so bring a mask if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.
It was a great location from which to visit the Japanese and Rose Gardens as well as hike the trails nearby. And, it is within walking distance to various restaurants.

Traveling with a family of 5, this house gave us plenty of space to spread out. Bedrooms are separated nicely for privacy, and the fold-out sofa made a workable 4th bedroom for a kid. The house is old, but the many modern updates and conveniences make it very comfortable. By far the best feature, though, was the location... We never wound up cooking in the large, well-equipped kitchen because of all the dining options within a few blocks. The food trucks on 23rd Pl. in particular were so convenient, we kept going back.

Lovely Victorian house
We had a nice trip to Portland and this house was convenient to good restaurants and the forest trail! It was a heatwave when we were there and the property managers had window air conditioning units and extra fans for us which saved us! It’s a great house and we really enjoyed our stay!

Victorian home in good location
Loved the location, it was very convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and shops and located in a nice neighborhood. Good choice if you are looking for a Victorian or older home. If you want something more modern this isn't the place for you. Floors were pretty squeaky and we happened to stay during a hot time and the floor AC unit couldn't quite keep up (although that's not a frequent occurence in Portland).

Charming Home in NW Portland
Great Victorian house, fabulous location in NW Portland, close to NW 23rd with great coffee houses, restaurants, shops, public transportation and freeways. Quiet street even with construction project. Owner provided parking permits for extra car. Very comfortable, lovely kitchen with the basics. Nice deck and upstairs patio, great for enjoying morning coffee Large upstairs BR very comfortable, note that BRs on main floor are small without closets but have armoires but still tight spaces. Was perfect place for our family as we had to drive to Forest Grove for graduation ceremonies.

A lovely home in the perfect location!
I stayed in this property with four friends for and eating and drinking vacation. It’s a lovely home with very comfortable beds. The location is perfect… There is a really cute coffee house in the next block and lots of great restaurants and shops that are also close by. One thing to note that we were not aware of is that there is a tenant that lives in the house in the basement… Underneath the kitchen and back deck area. There is a note saying to keep noise down went in that area for the sake of neighbours however, neighbours are a little different than somebody living underneath the kitchen and I guess we were being a little loud our first night in our excitement of being there and had a noise complaint. It was quickly resolved and it did not affect our stay but some people might want to actually know this ahead of renting this property. Communication with the manager was quick and easy and I would happily stay here again.

Cozy house, great location!
We stayed at the Victorian house for a week and loved it! While we were there we had rain, sleet, snow(!) and sun. It was really cozy to sit and read in front of the electric fireplace. I The location was perfect and we were able to walk to many different restaurants, and a quick drive to hiking. It was really convenient to be able to park in the driveway. We would love to stay here again.

The property was wonderful and it a great neighborhood. Being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked except for salt and pepper! We enjoyed staying here. We loved Fireside grill, salt and straw ice cream, cha cha taqueria and papa hydens. The house was perfectly located to all of our travel needs, we were staying in Portland to visit OSU and Uof O.

Cozy 1905 Victorian home with a beautiful updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. Beds were comfy and all was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Property manager was very helpful, we would definitely stay there again.
