The property presents well, off street was not expected. It’s a really good house which could be great with upgrades on mattresses. Everything else was on hand and comfortable.

Beds were not comfortable. The deck needs attention, do not let kids in with out footwear. So many raised nails.

Location was brilliant, outlook gorgeous and Small views of water from back deck.

Disappointing that linen and towels were not included at this peak period price point. A few minor maint issues with blinds.

The house being bigger then expected. TV big, good for the nrl grand final. Kitchen equipment included.

Location was perfect for what we needed. The house was lovely and spacious with 2 x 17yo to have their own TV/gaming room to be in. Was disappointed though that the lovely spa bath we couldn’t get to use due to the hot water system not working enough to have enough hot water to fill the spa bath past the jets. Not sure whether the hot water system was turned off for off peak to save costs though would hope for future bookings for anyone, this would be rectified for anyone looking to enjoy a lovely spa bath that is available at the property.

The carpets in the bedrooms were very musty could do with replacing, we are all allergic to dust and our 2 yr old had to sleep on a bed on the floor. We had to clean the ceiling fans before we turned them on, they were very dirty.

The house smelt musty like it had been locked up for quite some time. Including the bedding that was supplied.

loved the interior setup of the house, loved the quietness of the surroundings at night,close to Nelson bay, loved the coastal walk not far from the house.

The only thing I could say is that other stays I have visited have had locked boxes at the house with a code given to the visitors on the day of arrival to access the home which would elevate the need to visit the real estate office.

Great size for a friends / group weekend away or for large families
