You know that thing, when you've never been to a location and you have it completely built up in your head? Only to arrive and be sorely disappointed? Our stay in this VRBO was the OPPOSITE of that! This location was everything we had envisioned a stay in Palm Springs would be. As first time visitors to the area, we could have asked for a better home. Everything from the interior design to the landscaping to the neighborhood to the proximity to all of the sights. It was perfect for our family of five and grandma and our dog. Even our dog was THRILLED with the private, fenced in yard. The fruit trees too were such an unexpected and delightful touch. We want to come back sooner than soon and would not even bother trying a new location. We'll be repeat guests at this location without a doubt!

Had a great time during our stay. How was clean and exactly as advertised. Pool was great. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is our third year staying at this house and every year it keeps getting better! It’s located in a great location with beautiful views. The check in process couldn’t have been any easier. My family came here for a quick weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time at this property. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood that was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The house was comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. My family spent all day in the pool. We had a great time there and would absolutely love to come back.

Highly recommend this-incredible home! It is definitely our "home away from home". This is our second time here and our family just loves it. Beautiful neighborhood close to the town. We couldn't ask for anything more with lots of room, super clean, wonderful pool, and massive garage to park cars inside of. Can't wait to get back.

My 7 friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We all fit perfectly and loved the backyard! We stayed during the first heat wave of the year and the two A/C's within the house kept us all very comfortable. Fred was very accommodating and had a quick response whenever we needed him. It was in a safe location and very close to downtown. I would absolutely recommend this house!

This was our first time using VRBO and it was such a smooth process. This VRBO is one that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is look for a place to house family or friends that love to swim, lounge, and really experience the “Palm Springs Experience”. First impressions while stepping into this home was nothing short of picturesque.

The views from the back yard are worth every penny. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and seeing the stars pass by at night in the lovely deep pool. Access to Palm Spring and Smoke Tree was very convenient for dinner and groceries. Had a great time and managed well with a great cooler full of cold drinks and ice. Thanks Fred!

This property had all you would need for a comfortable relaxing stay. It was clean with comfortable beds and great pillows which is important, the pool area was awesome with beautiful orange and lemon trees and lots of grass. very close to the down town area.would definitely stay there again. my wife would like to see better lighting in the bathroom but that's a small detail. thanks

My wife and I loved this property. We were here for over three weeks and we didn’t want to leave. I don’t think there’s a better neighborhood in Palm Springs. Close to downtown, walkable streets, and views upon views. The house was perfect for the two of us. My wife worked remotely and the office set up was great for her. But we spent a good amount of time being outside. The backyard and the pool was fabulous! Catching rays and looking at the mountains, was a fantastic change of pace. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

We had such a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, and a perfect little oasis in Palm Springs! The heated salt water pool was just right for the January weather. The owner stopped by and walked us through a few things in the house and was so friendly and attentive to our needs! Everything in the house seemed so well set up for the guests - fully stocked with coffee and there really wasn’t anything more we could have asked for! It was a wonderful place for a girls weekend!!

We have rented many properties thru VRBO. This was absolutely the best! The owner keeps the home well stocked with paper goods, utensils, various coffees, etc. Very comfortable with that mid-century modern touch - just as you see in the photos. It is obvious that there is much thoughtfulness and pride that surrounds this home. We will be back. Thanks!

This was the perfect house for this trip. Very stylish, AMAZING pool & backyard, spacious, and a great location. The neighborhood is home to the famous “doors of Palm Springs” & it’s fun to go explore in search of the famous ones just a few houses away! There were six of us and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Floating in the warm, spa like pool, and Star gazing was a definite highlight!

We had a very comfortable stay very quiet neighborhood. Good location about two miles from downtown Palm Springs. The beds are comfortable everyone slept well and we enjoyed our morning coffee outside by the pool. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything was great about the property, the house is way cool and the pool was awesome.

If you’re looking to stay at a quintessential mid-century modern home in a wonderful neighborhood, this is it. The owner has taken great care to provide everything you could want for a memorable experience. Upon arrival, the house was spotlessly clean; we loved the huge heated pool, comfortable beds, and the kitchen chockfull of tools, amenities and cool retro-looking appliances. Our dog had fun playing ball in the nice, large, grassy backyard. The loft bedroom provides additional privacy and a great view, and remote workers will appreciate the convenient office – we were able to easily set up, plug in and get to work in minutes. We took a nice stroll through the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, feeling like we were in a scene from “Don’t Worry Darling.” There was some confusion regarding conflicting checkout codes and time, but the property manager rectified it promptly. Very grateful for the opportunity to enjoy a few days at this beautiful home.

We rented this property for our children and grandchildren visiting from the East Coast and they were absolutely thrilled. The loft bedroom was perfect for our 9 year old granddaughter with plenty of room for the 6 others downstairs. Although we didn't have the best weather for their visit, the grandkids still enjoyed the beautiful heated pool. The house had everything they needed although one of my daughters mentioned it might have been nice to have some bicycles. The neighborhood is beautiful, not far from where we live and convenient to shopping and downtown PS. We wanted the family to have an experience that would make them want to come back and this property is one of the reasons they will. Although we did have some difficulty reaching the management agent when we had a question, the host responded immediately and the minor issue was quickly resolved. We would rent this property again if the occasion arises. Thanks, Fred!

We loved the house very comfortable and convenient location , the heated pool was fab.

Overall it was a good rental. They were having a few electrical problems but I’m sure they will get that figured out before next renters. I would rent this place again!

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday in Palm Springs. The pool was amazing, house was beautiful, and the property manager was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The property is close to some beautiful hikes as well. Wonderful place for a small group to enjoy!
