Cozy Cottage located in Franklin, TN on a 6 Acre Mini Farm
Le Cozy Cottage est parfaitement situé à seulement 8 km du centre-ville historique de Franklin, TN et à quelques minutes de la magnifique fourche de Leiper. Niché dans une mini ferme de 6 acres, le chalet offre une expérience à la campagne tout en étant à quelques pas de la ville. N'oubliez pas de dire bonjour aux mini ânes et chèvres de la propriété (cinq chèvres sont nées en octobre - quel spectacle à voir!) Il est à seulement 30 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Nashville et offre une retraite parfaite pour les musiciens à la recherche d'un peu de paix, juste à l'extérieur de Music City USA. Vous pouvez profiter d'un feu de camp dans le foyer du jardin, entouré de bancs fabriqués à partir de bois récolté sur la propriété, ou faire une sieste sur le porche couvert sur la balançoire du lit suspendu tout en écoutant les oiseaux dans les érables majestueux environnants. My family and I stayed in the Cozy Cottage for my wife's birthday. I will say without a doubt that this home was fantastic! It was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Furniture and beds were indeed cozy, and the donkeys and goats were a hit with our kiddos! It was close to Franklin and Nashville, but not so close that you feel like you're in the middle of everything. We will definitely be back again!

The property is absolutely as described. We met both the goats and the donkeys. The property was quiet and lovely. It’s a bit of a drive to Nashville but the city of Franklin is also quite lovely and worth your time: tha k you so much for. All the details like the amazing smelling soaps and shampoos. We had a great time.

Quiet, restful location. Close to Franklin, Leiper's Fork and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough furniture and room for us to stretch out.
Would stay here again for sure.

We loved this property so much. It was such a beautiful house. We were able to get to Nashville in about 30mins. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with the home. It met our needs as a party of 9 comfortably. We met the owners of the property and felt that they were very kind and accommodating. The goats and mini donkeys were a huge hit with our little ones, and the small cemetery near the cottage was very interesting to our history enthusiasts, as it was the resting place of a Revolutionary War hero. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already talking about when we can stay there again.

Thank you so so much for offering such a wonderful place for us to stay! The home was absolutely beautiful and a perfect set up for our group of girls. The donkeys greeted us every time we went outside! We gave them lots of pets :) highly recommend this home for any trip! Great location just outside of the town of Franklin which is a must visit even if you’re just coming for Nashville!

Spent 4 days at this house and loved it. My wife & I arrived Wednesday night and spent 2 days in and around Franklin before family arrived Friday evening for our Grandsons 21st birthday celebration. The house was so well decorated that my wife didn't want to leave the house during our stay! Very cozy! Will return for a longer stay!

My friends and I stayed at The Cozy Cottage and LOVED it! It was our first time to the Nashville area, and it really was the best of both worlds: close to the action but nestled in a lovely country setting.
The cottage was immaculate and lovely…we used the fire pit twice and enjoyed seeing (and hearing!) the donkeys and goats.
Really, they thought of everything when preparing the cottage for guests, and it was worth every penny!

Perfect Nashville Getaway
I booked the cozy cottage for my girlfriends and I to stay for my bachelorette weekend in Nashville. This was the perfect place for all of us with plenty of room, beautiful scenery, and a place that felt like home. I didn’t realize it was a little drive from downtown Nashville, but the country drive to and from the house was absolutely breathtaking and was totally worth the extra miles just to stay there. We felt completely safe and the neighbors had the cutest mini donkeys and goats next door! Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here and will be back to stay here again for our next girls trip!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. We had plenty of space. We loved meeting the donkeys next door. They came up right to the fence and let us pet them.
We had so much fun exploring Downtown Franklin and really enjoyed some of the restaurants the host recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

We were coming to Franklin for a relatives wedding and thought instead of staying in hotels, where we would not have a common gathering area, that we would look into a vacation rental.
