The full kitchen, sitting area, and separate bedroom were a plus. The suite is spacious, and the hotel was very clean.
The bathroom area with the toilet and tub is kind of tight. The mattress was a little too firm for me.

I love that the jacuzzi and pool was open still even though it was cold outside. The breakfast was fine but could of been better. The room are always nice when I stay here.

beautiful exterior. But our room was dusty and a roach was in the bathroom. Provisions were not supplied for second day: hand towels, Kleenex, coffee supplies, etc. Bathroom was clean!

it is in a nice part of town and off the main road. very nice room. felt like an apartment and less like a hotel.
the only negative I have is that we had no hot water the night of our stay. it was back the next morning.

The staff. Woman at front desk during night was rude. They had no clean blankets or sheets for pullout couch so we had to stay up till 10:30pm untill we could get clean blankets for the bed

The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were a good size and very clean. It was very close to everything. You had several places you could actually walk to.
If I had to say anything slightly negative, it would be that the refrigerator was rather loud but it was not enough to interior my sleep
