Everything was great. You have the fastest elevators that have ever seen in a hotel! Saves so much time

Comfortable bed. Room very nice. loved the fast elevators.

Breakfast was good for the family and location was fine too.

The cleanliness of room should have been provided.

Great location, beautiful hotel and amenities. Service at bar was great, our room was clean.

We booked this hotel on the drive from Birmingham to Nashville knowing that it was a Friday night and we would want to reserve something ahead of time. Booking.com indicated there were four rooms left when we booked. After arriving a woman at the front desk told us there wasn’t a room available at which point I began to pull out the confirmation email from four hours earlier. I was a little worried, but still kind. She was very rude and told us we would only have twin beds when I booked a king. We asked if it would be the same price and she snapped back “yes”. We were just thankful to have beds after arriving at 10:30pm. Another front desk person came by and was much kinder. The person we had been working with explained the situation and the other responded to put them in room #?. We were glad to find we did have a king, but noticed as the night went on a strange clicking that didn’t stop until 1am. The next day we discovered it was the elevator wall our bed was adjacent with. We were not so much upset with the elevator experience, but rather the very rude front desk person who treated us as if she was a bouncer at a club.

First room I was given already had a person in it. He jumped out of the bed when I unlocked the door. staff comped me breakfast. My door stuck with me in the room.

Absolutely a beautiful place with very friendly staff. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were very helpful in my needs. I applaud this group for their cleanliness and comfort.
