Todo muy bueno, la limpieza, el trato y la localización.

El desayuno porque no había variedad, nos quedamos 9 días y el mismo desayuno.

Sunday morning check out day, the cleaning staff knocked the door a couple of times an hour prior to check out time. The first time they unlocked the door because they didn’t hear us say “still here” and again a second time.

Location was good

Staff needs to do a much better job on maintenance and cleanliness

The breakfast was pretty good and there was room in the lobby to gather with my group.

There were multiple things: the pool was locked our first night and staff said a guest had locked it and they didn’t know how to open it. The indoor pool was the reason we chose this hotel. The gas was disconnected from the outdoor grill so we couldn’t use it. We had planned to cook burgers our first night. One of the staff said there was a problem with the gas-line and they didn’t want a guest to “blow up”. Our ac made a terrible noise, our shampoo dispenser was empty, our daughter’s tv didn’t work… We booked six separate room’s for family as we were in town for a funeral and everyone had some type of problem. I wouldn’t stay here again or probably at any Home2suites.

I thought I was reserving a 2 queen room but we were put in a queen suite with a pull out sofa. the pull out was unfit for sleeping and smaller than a double bed. I hardly slept because it was so uncomfortable and in the morning had back, neck, and shoulder pain. The shower literally moved or tilted as you stepped from one end to the other. The cover to the shower gel dispenser fell off. The bathroom floors need a good cleaning of the grout.
