Good location

Our toilet seat was broken. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived or when we were trying to check out. We had to stand there and wait. There were three of us staying in a room and they gave us two towels and housekeeping never came.

Very clean and pleasant, loved getting to watch Showtime during my stay.

Very clean room. Plenty of space and room for suitcases etc. we didn’t spend much time there except to sleep and shower.

Breakfast was not included in the price. Sorry. But hotels need to have free breakfast. It’s a convenience to offer. We walked over to Duncan Doughnuts. It was less expensive.

We requested early check in and staff kept telling us to call back and check. We felt it was handled unprofessionally. We called three times to check back. Also, we needed extra blankets. The desk told us to come get some because they were busy. When I got to the desk, the desk person could only give me one because it was a full house. We thought this was poor service that a hotel didn’t have more extra blankets on hand. And, I’ve never had to go get things I needed. Full service hotels typically deliver stuff that’s needed.

The Hotel was very clean

The shower was terrible. Very little water pressure. Could not even rinse your hair of shampoo due to low low water pressure.

Location, clean, value.

Our room wasn't ready and we got a king, when two queens were booed. We finally got in our room after concert at 2:00 in morning. We had to ready together in one bathroom, not good.

They were able to accommodate us with the upgraded room we asked for. Everything was clean and good location.

Receptionist was a little rude.

My room only had 1 small trash can which was in the bathroom and there were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang up the towels or wash cloths.
