Update the rooms, TV’s, bathrooms, and carpet. The lamps did not have a usb plug for a cell phone which is VERY outdated. The soap dispensers didnt even work so if I wanted soap or shampoo I would of been out of luck. Think about things!!!! You can’t stay in the past if you want good ratings.

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable. It was an easy in/off the interstate.

Bathroom sink drained VERY slowly. It may also have leaked around the faucets. Sodas in market area were not cold.

Location and facilities were terrific. Breakfast was nice and room was very clean and comfortable.

There were stains on the floor next to bed when we arrived. Only received an invoice for the pet fee. The clerk said that because we booked through booking.com I would not receive a receipt - did not like that. Also told that I would be charged $25 for incidentals. If I didn't incur incidentals, I would receive a credit on my card in 7-10 days! I think this was a new person working at the desk. Friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable. Will not stay at another Holiday Inn.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good - definitely above average!

We knew that after a long day of driving, we would want a hotel with a restaurant on site, which was a major consideration when we booked here. No mention was made that the restaurant was closed. If they had posted it on their website, we wouldn’t have been frustrated when we got here. There was a noxious odor in our room. We couldn’t identify the source (carpet?) but it was strong and unpleasant.

Excellent staff. Everything went well, but not happy you have to pay for your breakfast. Stayed at another Holiday Inn Express in alabama and they offered free breakfast.
