Very nice and helpful staff and host. The food was super and we enjoyed the stay. It´s a very quiet and peaceful place.

Very quiet place with nature trail we loved. Nice view to river Nile and surrounding landscape. Our house was spacious and comfortable. Three-course dinner and breakfast were also good. Very well cooked chicken that wasn't cooked dry as usual in Uganda. We really enjoyed our stay and walk on the nature trail and along the old railway line.

This is one of our highlights during our tour of Uganda. The staff are absolutely exceptional. Chrissy the manager could not have done enough for us and her two trainee assistants, Lisa and Agnes just made us feel so special and welcome. We will never forget those beautiful smiles after a long day of game driving. Wonderful

We found the service exceptional, the staff very helpful and welcoming. The location was wonderful, situated in the bush and overlooking the river Nile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, very authentically African in character. A beautiful, quiet retreat.

We had some issues with the hot water, but this was attended to promptly.

VERY NICE STAFF!! Food was really nice and the place looks amazing. Good beds and nice cottages.

The warm water was not yet fixed, so only cold shower. They did offer warm water bottles to shower with.

Everything, the place is amazing and the staff are super kind doted with excellent customer service. They really go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable! God bless them all!

Nothing, everything was just perfect

Beautiful budget-friendly lodge surrounded by nature, close to the highly-recommended Northern entrance of Murchison National Park. All income benefits a local NGO supporting widows and children in Northern Uganda. Beautiful and comfortable cottages, nice food, very friendly staff and relaxing common areas with hammock, campfire, board games and views of the White Nile river basin. You can go for a morning or evening stroll on the different trails of the compound, spot some animals, get to know the NGO's work and the local community, among other things. We highly recommend this place if you travel a bit on a budget and want to go to Murchison NP! They organized a local guide who went with us on a game drive (Joseph) who we can also recommend.

We were warmly welcomed at the Lodge with hot towels and a drink, staff was so friendly and made our (even late) plans for game drives happen. The houses were spacy and well organised, there was camp fire in the evening and the view over Albert Nile was stunning. I loved to sit in the hammock and just enjoy the place.

Great scenery, calm and very quiet. They were very accomodative and patient with my dog as well

Staff, facility , cleanness, family room, swings for kids

Nice and close to the north entrance of Murchison Falls National Park and a nice place to relax after a safari. The included breakfast was really good, and they’ll pack you breakfast if you have an early game drive. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and view was AMAZING, especially at sunset. We would definitely come back here.

Only complains were that the rooms were narrow and the pillowed were flat, but those were super mild things and weren’t even much of a bother, only things I could think of. I will also note that it is further from Kampala than many other places near Murchison Falls; it’s a 7.5hr drive compared to closer to 5hrs. But being a 10 minute drive from the north gate of the park is great for early morning game drives and this place is a really good deal, so if you have time it’s definitely worth it. And with the new road being built through the park and the bridge they’re putting in, that drive time should soon be significantly reduced, making it even more worth it to stay here.

Beautiful location with a fantastic view, very kind and helpful manager and really comfortable and clean room. Mrs. manager prepared a delicious local dinner for us.
