Great stay for a family reunion! House is exactly as advertised and the hosts provide so many extras like treats, chips, water, coffee, etc!! We were only there a couple of nights and didn’t need to run out for much. Beds are comfortable and the ear plugs and sound machines were a nice touch! Thanks for a great stay and the memories!

A business group of 4 of us had a great stay at this property. We attended a conference at a nearby hotel (1 block) and saved $$$ by staying here (work for a non-profit, so every $ counts).
We had everything we needed and then some! We each had our own space and bathroom but we could have doubled our group and still had plenty of room.
The spacious property was impressive, updated and clean! I would highly recommend this property to others who need the space!

This property is perfect for a group trip. Our group of 8 friends easily fit in the townhouse. We enjoyed being just steps away from Vanderbilt where we all met years ago. Lauren is the best host I've had with Vrbo. She was very responsive and sent ideas for restaurants and activities. There were also some treats for us upon arrival-- the house had everything we needed.

The property was very nice and conveniently located near campus. The roof deck was a big draw. We used the space as our home base and rally point for our alumni friends before and after on campus events. The only thing that may not have been clear from the listing is that the third floor room was a loft without a door.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was perfect for our group of 9 people. Good location for going to downtown and touring Nashville. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had which were very minor.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this and 2122/2124 Hayes. The host was very quick to respond and thorough. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed and just off the centre of the action. We will definitely use the property again! Thanks Lauren!

We enjoyed the house so much. It was perfect for our group. And an easy walk to Vanderbilt! Very clean and nice decor!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great communication and check in process. The attached garage was great for a group of 4 females traveling together. It made us feel safe entering the condo after dark. The stocked fridge and baskets of snacks was a very nice touch. Short Uber ride to Broadway.
The bedrooms on the street side could use some room darkening curtains. The street lights shined into the bedroom making it hard to sleep. Unfortunately (no fault of the owners) those sleeping in the bedrooms on the back side were woke up every morning VERY early due to construction next door.
I would definitely stay here again and just bring a sleep mask to hide the light coming into the bedrooms at night.

The property was perfect for our group! Clean, modern, fridge had drinks and snacks for their guest! They even did not require a long ridiculous check out to-do list!!! It was awesome!!! The only thing to note is there is a lot of stairs so if your party has any issues or concerns that might be hard.

This Vrbo is amazing! Beautifully kept - pictures don’t lie!! Great place for family to bond and connect - way better than separate hotel rooms. Uber was never more than 2-3 mins away! Host had great suggestions for food delivery! Couldn’t ask for more!

This was a perfect place to stay for my bachelorette weekend in Nashville with 8 other girls. The place was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The hosts were super accommodating and helpful. The check in and check out process were great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Nashville to explore the city. My only complaint would be that it is in desperate need of some black out curtains!

Fabulous time at this stunning home!! You won’t be disappointed. The home is exactly like you see in the pictures. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The owners had snacks and beverages for us upon our arrival and were super speedy with any questions or requests. Great time celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday!!

We were a group of 4 couples traveling to Nashville for some music, good whiskey, and a comfortable place to stay! We got it all and then some!! Our “home” was stocked with coffee, drinks, and snacks! Perfect to get us started! The laundry had everything we needed, detergent etc!!! Bathrooms had shampoo, body wash etc! Everything to make you feel fight at home a settled right away!!
We were close enough to everything but we did have to Uber or drive to the hot spots! But super easy drive to everything!
I can’t leave this review without saying that the little things make the biggest impression! Our ice maker was not working efficiently when we arrived. I sent a quick text to Lauren and within an hour we had bags of ice and extra snacks delivered to our door !
Our trip was fantastic, the house was amazing (exactly as pictured) and our hostess was exceptional! Very highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay for any occasion. 10/10 recommend to anyone interested staying in Nashville.
