Vue imprenable sur la plage de cette maison de deux étages de 1948 pieds carrés située dans la subdivision Sea Isle. Cette propriété en bord de mer est idéale pour les familles nombreuses ou élargies à la recherche d'une escapade sur une île.
Casablanca est une maison à aire ouverte avec parquet au sol et décoration côtière confortable. Les grandes baies vitrées apportent beaucoup de lumière naturelle et offrent une vue fantastique sur le golfe du Mexique.
La plage n’est qu’à quelques pas pour des heures de divertissement au soleil et le nettoyage se fait ensuite grâce à la douche extérieure. I organize an annual trip with elderly parents, siblings and their families.
This has been one of our favorite beach houses. The younger adults/teens loved the short walk to the beach and enjoyed having their own loft space. The older adults appreciated that the main part of the house was mostly one level and the deck overlooking the beach was awesome day or night.
The house had most of our favorite games on the shelf as well. Rummikub, dominoes, Mancala and many more.
We usually have a group of about 12 and the basic, charcoal grill worked fine for burgers and fajitas but might have been difficult for a larger group. The kitchen was very well stocked. Freezer space is small, so bring a good cooler and plan to pick up ice almost daily.
We enjoyed Moody Gardens and Bishop’s Palace, but mostly, we just enjoyed the beach! We also lucked out and experienced the “blue water” that arrives a couple of weeks per year in Galveston. There were plenty of beach chairs in the storage room and the beach was never crowded.
We all voted to stay here again!
The Gary Green rental staff were very responsive any time I had questions.
We did not have any problems that needed to be reported. Ants showed up under the table one morning, but we swept them up and found the ant spray in the broom area.

We were told to NOT arrive at the property before 4:00 p.m. on check-in day. However, I received a text at 3:23 p.m. saying we could arrive at property. Coming from out of town, this was not a possibility.
Also, having to leave on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. was a ridiculously early check-out time. It should be minimum 11:00 a.m. or noon.
There was a hurricane a few weeks before and we were told there was no damage. However, upon arrival on the "shed" where beach accessories are kept, the siding was coming off on one side and there was no siding on the other side.
Had nice beach chairs though.
The stairs are in need of repair/paint.
The front door is spring loaded, very hard to open. It will not stay open at all to bring your luggage/groceries up.
Floors have quite a bit of water damage.
Mirror in main bathroom has bad stains on it.
Stairs to loft are VERY small and narrow (hard to get suitcases up there).
Kitchen was great with a lot of items needed and spacious.
Outside view is fantastic if standing up. Chairs are very low to ground. If you are sitting, the view is obstructed by the railing of the porch.
The hammock is almost to the ground with no one on it.
The 3 queen/king beds are VERY VERY hard. Very uncomfortable. The twin beds were much better.
A very uncomfortable issue for us was the family photos in every room. I do not think it's appropriate to have your family photos hanging in a rental property. Was uncomfortable to say the least.
Location is great....very quiet.

The property was exactly like advertised. View was awesome and only a few steps from the beach. About 20 minutes from all the action which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice house with great access to the beach and ocean. About 30 minutes from Northern Galveston locations such as Mario’s Italian restaurant which is a bit beyond the pier with the Ferris wheel.

Spectacular view, amazing sunrises! You really can’t go wrong with the location of this property. Three different families stayed here. We had a fantastic time. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, body boards. Charcoal grill to be used. Kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. Note: If you like a VERY firm bed, then these are for you (not us). Pillows could use an updating or bring your own, which wasn’t an option for us. And don’t forget beach towels!

This beach house is stunning! It has everything and more for your beach stay! Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with most spices and utensils you will need. House stays cool inside ( huge deal) when you are at the beach. Large downstairs area for family to hang out and grill after a long day at the beach. Outdoor shower is a bonus too. Thank you for your hospitality and we will be back!

Many homes listed in Galveston claim to be beachfront properties, but when you look on a map they are not. This house is actually on the beach and that’s why we stayed. Once you leave the backyard you are immediately on the beach. Perfect house, kids loved it. Would stay again.

It was a wonderful and relaxing weekend with family. We want to plan another weekend next year, God willing.
One suggestion, bring extra dish towels because that is the one thing lacking and maybe some taller folding chairs so you can see over the outdoor railing with a perfect view of the ocean.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is great. I would recommend posting some updated photos to better represent the deck furniture, which includes 6 new Adirondack style chairs. The kids room with twin beds also has a trundle (missed that when reviewing the info) and a good sized closet. Unfortunately the master does not have a closet to hang up clothes and the bedroom my husband and I stayed in does not have an accessible closet (locked) or dresser to put clothes away. The upstairs bathroom is teeny-tiny and good for kids, but not adults that are 6'4". The fireplace did not work.

This house was perfect for me and a few friends to stay the weekend. It felt clean and is right on the beach. It’s about 30 minutes from main part of Galveston, but that’s fine because it was really nice and quiet down where we were. There’s no fan in the main bathroom downstairs so it got a bit musty smelling after showers. The beds were very firm which was great for me, but may not be everyone’s favorite. Lots of family photos on the walls. Overall a great place to stay for the weekend.

Great property, communication with rental group was great. Parking with multiple vehicles was not great. Needs taller deck chairs. Washing machine was not working but was being repaired for next guest. Extra towels and linens delivered promptly. Small bug issue but was scheduled for spraying. Lift would be a plus. Super responsive management company. Answered any questions I had quickly and offered help right away. This house is cute with plenty of room and beautiful open windows. The view from the deck was incredible and the walk to the beach was super close. Quiet community. Definitely farther out from any tourist attractions but we knew that when we chose this house. Heads up if you go bring extra mosquito repellent! They were bad! Other than that we had a wonderful visit and would come again.

Casablanca was the perfect beach house for our family gathering of 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 4 children with the perfect amount of space for sleeping, eating, and play. Not only does it have easy beach access by foot, but also beautiful scenes of the ocean and amazing sunrises from the balcony overlooking the beach. If we get to have another family beach time next year, we will want to use Casablanca.

We love having family gatherings and this location was just perfect for all of us especially our little ones. The sunset, morning walks on the beach, see the sand crabs 🦀 on the beach ⛱️ when it was clear. Not worrying about the beach being over crowded. All together just beautiful 😍

Great beach house
The rental process was easy, accurate, and the agents were super! The breach front house was very clean and exceptionally comfortable with all the amenities. Ut is an older house, so it could benefit from updating, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, however, it is a great place for a relaxing stay at th4 beach.

Beautiful home, great views
Casablanca was a beautiful home. Very clean. We have stayed in many VRBO vacation homes and this one was the cleanest for sure. The home had everything we needed - many dishes, pots/pans, cookware, small appliances, utensils, and a double oven. The furniture was new (pictures are of older furniture) and it was all in great shape. The ocean front provided amazing views from several rooms. Gary Green Vacation Rentals was great to work with. I would definitely book with them again and when we come back to Galveston this is our new "go-to" home.

Excellent family set up
Was as expected and as advertised. Nice private beach. There were lots of beach toys for the kids and some games for the kids inside. Problem with one of the beds but we resolved it. Some of the furniture was older but in general decent quality. Refrigerator smelled like fish. But the realtor said that was done by the owner. It didn’t last long..
Would suggest leaving instructions to the clothes washer. It took two hours just to do a load not to mention drying. Also instructions to fireplace. The shutters to the washer/dryer units also fell over but we fixed them..
We would rent this prosperity again.

This property was away from the hustle of town but close enough to enjoy town when you wanted to. The beaches were all ours for walking. The deck area was perfect for our group of 7. Would go again.

Beautiful expansive view of the beach!
The best part of this place is the view! You walk out the door or look out the windows and there it is - the sky, the water, the waves, the sand and its dunes, the sounds. The sunrises are beautiful, too.
The house itself is not the fanciest upscale and not as large as the photos look, but it works just fine. Be sure to ask if they have fixed the door of the dishwasher. To get sound on the tv, turn up the volume on the back of the monitor. The kitchen has every thing you’ll ever need in dishes, pots, pans, serving dishes, utensils, etc., and appliances, large and small. Thanks. Plenty of towels, too.

Our family of 11 stayed here for 6 days.
The pictures don't do justice! It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family! While it is an older home you'd never know it! Very well kept to say the least! The view is breathtaking and again the pictures don't do justice as to how close to the beach you actually are!
The only issue we had was the dishwasher needs either repaired or replaced. It is very hard to shut and when it is closed it will leak!
I still give this place 5 stars and if I could I'd give 10! Plenty of room for all and basically everything was provided from beach toys to coffee cups!
I can't say enough how easy they made it for us to relax and enjoy! Very professional people!
We look forward to staying again in the future!

It is a nice property on the beach. Our family enjoy the stay. The bathroom upstairs is a little smaller than expected but is was fine for the kids. For an average adult, the shower might not fit. However, it didn’t really bother us because the kids use it. The house was right on the beach and the kids really like it. The beach was clean too. Will rent again.

Right on the beach
We loved this place because it's out on west end, where it is quiet and not crowded. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants and shops but the drive is nice. If we were to come back here (and I hope we do), I'd bring a sharp knife and some bed pillows. There are knives in the kitchen but they are so dull I was afraid I'd cut my hand trying to power through an apple. There are a plethora of decorative pillows but bed pillows are in short supply and very flat. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils other than that. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. We had a great time.

Summer getaway
The location is great, right on the beach. The views from the deck were great. This was our family’s getaway; my husband and I, my sister and husband, and my 80+ Yr old parents, all had a good time. The only negative is the stairs, the owner should really consider an elevator. Will definitely rent again.

beautiful home, just steps from the beach
Our family really enjoyed our time at Casa Blanca! My husband and I, our son and his wife and daughter, our daughter and her husband and their 3 children and our son-in-law's mother all had plenty of room. The kids really liked the loft area! The house was clean and only steps from the beach, just as pictured and described. We would recommend Casa Blance to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach!

This house is in a great location just steps to the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of room for my entire family without feeling cramped. The home itself was a little run down but it was clean and spacious and that was fine for our stay. Overall it was a great spot for a family vacation.

Beautiful home. Great location right on beach. Beautiful views. Everything we needed in kitchen and lots of beach gear. (chairs, buckets, etc.) Photo's are out of date. (Photo's do not show all the houses that have been built right behind home, etc.) Fortunately, it was still a great not busy location! Also the information says there are four bathrooms, which is true, but the fourth bathroom is in the storage building. Have to go outside to use, which was unexpected for my large group. (In-case that matters to anyone. :) Parking was very limited. Overall great home, no issues. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family!
