Belle maison d'hôtes victorienne sur 4 parc comme acres avec des jardins et une chapelle familiale en pierre de style européen. Le chalet a des porches enveloppants avec des rockers donnant sur un joli jardin vivace - un endroit parfait pour prendre votre café du matin ou un verre de vin le soir! Le chalet a 2 lits queen, 1 lit king et un futon adapté aux enfants. Il a également une laveuse et une sécheuse, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un petit bureau pour travailler, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une connexion sans fil et une télévision par câble. Il y a une piscine d'eau salée au cœur qui est parfois partagée avec les propriétaires.

The guest house was the perfect size for the family which consisted of 5 adults. The owners were super sweet and very responsive to our couple of texts. Thank you Linda!

Our stay was quiet and peaceful with plenty to do with our children! Our kids loved the pool and all the floats available to play with! The location is close to downtown Nashville which allowed us to do a lot of sight seeing during the day! The hosts are friendly and communicate very well. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay!

We had a great week at this home! It was quiet, clean, safe, and the grounds are gorgeous!
I rated 4/5 for location because while it is in Franklin, it’s still 20 minutes out of the city so going to see the sites around Franklin was farther than we expected. However, the trade off for a quiet street and such beautiful landscaping was worth it.
I think it’s worth noting on the listing that both bathrooms are downstairs. One is off the kitchen and has a small stall shower. The other bathroom is the main one, more spacious and off the hall. I would’ve preferred an upstairs bathroom for the bedrooms up there but it was serviceable for one week.
Our hosts were great, we felt safe and enjoyed the pool quite a bit.

We had the best time ever. This house and location is so fabulous. Away from the bustle of Nashville but not to far from where we wanted to go. It is an amazing place to stay. Very nice and well kept. The owners were extremely nice yet did not bother us at all. Thank u for the great hospitality

This place is excellent! The pool is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts, Linda and Wes, were very friendly, and even provided baked bread to welcome us. It's in a more secluded residential area but is only about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Will definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The host, Nora was absolutely amazing! Anytime we needed anything she responded quickly and was super helpful. We were celebrating the besties upcoming wedding and they even sent a Venmo to the bride for a drink!! Loves our stay!!

You could not ask for better hosts. Very friendly and easy to reach. A beautiful tranquil place , the house,grounds and pool were perfect. The only bad thing about our trip was that we had to leave. 5 plus stars .

We spent a long weekend in Nashville and couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!! The house was impeccable and comfortable in every way. The decor was cozy and cool, with everything you would need at your fingertips. Linda was wonderful, left us with home made bread which we enjoyed every morning while sitting on the wrap around porch in the most serene environment!! I could go on forever on how amazing this was, looking forward to our next trip out! Highly recommend this property, absolutely a gem!

We had the most wonderful time at this amazing home!! The hosts Linda and Wes were warm and inviting! The property was magical with plenty of room to roam!!. The location is great and within 30 minutes of anything we wanted to do!I highly recommend this property for a quiet , relaxing stay!!!

Linda was amazing she let us get married at the church on the property she left us fresh baked bread and she did everything in her power to make our special day perfect I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home i will definitely be going back

A secluded, well-maintained location in a nice wooded area with easy access to Nashville and Franklin. Just a biscuit's throw from Loveless Cafe (a nice plus for a bunch of hungry Goobers, like our group).Great home base for gathering with friends and family for a visit to Nashville and its southwestern vicinity. Aunt Bee herself couldn't have been a better host.

The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained while the chapel and pool put this selection over the top. The grounds are well maintained stunning-was a perfect get away spot for my friends and I to come together.
The only change I might suggest are the wicker chairs in the living room, while charming were not very comfortable.
This is a 5 star experience, off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy everything within a short drive. If ever in the area again I would chose this location again without hesitation. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

We rented for our first annual girls trip and this was the perfect place for us to spend time together. Each had a bedroom and lots of space to relax. We enjoyed the country feel of the location and surprisingly didn’t use the pool, but it was beautiful and inviting. Linda & Wes were great and very responsive when we needed a minor home repair. We would definitely stay here again and encourage our friends & family to stay also. Thank you for helping make our trip perfect!

Absolutely gorgeous setting! We live in beautiful Wisconsin so we try to find vacation spots that are private and pretty, this property is it! This trip we had some business to attend to so wanted to stay closer to Nashville but still have quiet time. The home/ land was perfect, the beds very comfortable, more than adequately supplied kitchen and nice pool .... all convenient to anything we needed and anywhere we needed to go in Nashville! Thank you Wes and Linda.... we'll be back hopefully soon!

This property is simply beautiful. Lots of space. Everything you could ask for, for a vacation stay. There were 6 adults in our party and we had plenty of room. The beds and linens are very comfortable. We sat outside at night time and watched the lightnjng bugs and listened to the frogs sing.The property is lovely and peaceful. The pool is very refreshing. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of ideas on what to do in the Frankilin area, as well as in Nashville, which is a short drive from the house. We had a very good vacation in this home, and if ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything we could ever want is on this property—including the owners who see to our every need with one phone call. It has become our “home away from home”! After staying here for five girls’ getaway trips, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is situated on 4 acres on a dead end road and was so peaceful. The wrap around porch was a bonus. Wes & Linda went above and beyond as hosts. Our stay was perfect in every way. The house has great, modern updates yet still feels like a cozy home. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and had plenty of room.

Stayed pre-thanksgiving. Plenty of room to spread out upstairs and downstairs but a nice living room with fireplace to feel cozy too. Could play catch in the back yard or just stroll on the grounds. Very hospitable hosts. Wanting to make certain we had anything we needed. Not too far from stores and other activities.

We rented this cottage for a family wedding and stayed for a long weekend. I had eight adults plus a baby and we were more than comfortable. The cottage is precious and the surroundings are beautiful. We wandered around the property and visited the family chapel while staying here. This house is located in a private setting but very close to all the conveniences needed. We will definitely stay with Linda and Wes again. They are wonderful hosts and most helpful. We stayed with 6 adults to rest, read and get away from the busyness of life. This property could not be more perfect for those goals. The grounds are peaceful and gorgeous in the Fall. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and considerate in all the ways that make a stay delightful. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the kitchen was equipped well enough for us to do much of our own cooking. Franklin and Nashville are not far for when you want to go out adventuring. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was fabulous and the hosts were warm and gracious. We were greeted with a delightful loaf of homemade bread! The home was comfortable and very clean. We had everything we could possible need :) We were offered use of the amazing outdoor entertaining space and the beautiful pool. Overall an amazing experience!

Very comfortable home, beautiful spacious garden which looks like a park. Entertainment for the kids, clean swimmingpool, gas bbq and patio we used every night! Owners relaxed and give you a lot off privacy. I would definitely recommend this!
