I like the rooms the cleanliness very nice breakfast was good

I don't like the fact that I put $100 deposit and have not got it back yet it makes the price ridiculous

This has been my favorite location, in all of the hotel chains I have reserved rooms from. Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, empathetic, kind and helpful. The facility was beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Staff were rude, check in was late because all the housekeepers were outside on their phones and taking care of the kids they brought with them. So unprofessional

quiet, nice size

room not clean. counter tops dirty. lots of spider webs. bathroom fixtures broken. tub dirty/hairs in tub. dresser drawers would not stay closed causing granddaughter to hit and injure side. pullout sofa mattress very thin and smelly, when asked for a replacement they could not accommodate. insects that looked like a bedbug, I took a picture.

Overall, it's not a bad stay. I like the apartment style. Liked that breakfast was included (need to provide gloves for self-serving or hand sanitizers on tables.

The grounds need to be kept up. Outside trash full, and trash/debris outside the apartment entryway. The carpet needs to be removed. It had a musky smell and stains. In this post Covid-19 Era, carpet should be removed from all public spaces. Older property, time to update/renovate.

I didn't have breakfast I was unsure of when it was served it said 630am but that was untrue.

The location was excellent! Quiet, safe, but not too far from Nashville. The room was very spacious and had recently been updated. Very comfortable beds and nice common area.

Waiting 30 min for a room nothing was available at check in time. Asked for more rags and none was available was told come back in an hour and still had none went and bought some myself also it's my 2nd time having a room where the ice maker didn't work

We had a good time. Atmosphere was really good. Breakfast was good.

My suite only had two remotes. And in my bathroom, the shower didn't have its knob for when you pull it to let the shower come from the top. Other then that, it was amazing

I would have to say that, for me, the breakfast was the best part of this stay. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, bread for toast, english muffins, bagels, ceral, etc. I felt everything was good. The location was what I thought it would be since I looked for a place away from downtown Nashville to get a bit lower price.

Check in was slow since there was only one individual and it seemed like there was a lot of information to take for each person...or maybe the computer system was just slow. The part that I did not like was in the kitchen and the kitchen was the whole reason that I made reservations at Sonesta. First of all, the directions said to turn on the ice maker when entering the room. In order to do that you have to have an ice maker which the fridge in room 922 did not. Next there was the issue of the frying pan. Evidently people are trying to cook in the stainless steel pan without any oil or butter and the food is being scorched on the pan and then put into the dishwasher which does not come close to taking it off. Maybe cooking without any oil or butter might work in a non-stick pan but it does not in a stainless steel pan. I asked for another pan which they went and got but it was just as bad as the one I already had. The staff did try to clean it up which did help a little. I told them I would clean it myself if they had some scouring powder ( I like Bar Keepers Friend) and a scrubby pad but that was not available either. Then there was the issue of the dishwasher. The paperwork states that you would find the dishes in the dishwasher since they are put in there and ran so the dish ware will be clean for the next person. This would probably work well if the units are rented out quickly. It was evident that our unit had not been rented for some time since the last person was in it. The wine glasses had fallen over in the dishwasher in a way that the water did not drain out of the glasses. But there was no water in the glasses as there had been enough time for the water to evaporate leaving behind a dirty film in half of the glass. Also, this is an extended stay hotel. I kinda expected hangers in the closet to hang my shirts and stuff on. There were two and when I asked if they had any the answer was no. Finally, the TV was only basic cable

Where should I start. I didn't like that when I walked in the room and opened the dishwasher they expected me to put all the dishes up because they stated this is normal practice for them. I did not like that large Rottweilers running around. I did not like they through in they wanted a $100 deposit. And most of all I did not like that one of the front desk girls was sitting in her car beside mine smoking Marijuana. No bedbug covers on beds which is extremely insane!! Also as I looked around it seemed like this was more of a weekly for locals. With all this said then they chose to charge me for a night even though nothing was touched except looking at the corner of the bed for bedbug covers and opening the dishwasher.
