Maison de ville de luxe spectaculaire située au village près de la plage. PROFESSIONNELLEMENT DÉCORÉ aucune dépense épargnée! L'unité est joliment meublée avec une literie haut de gamme, des draps, une décoration, des meubles de cuisine, un écran plat, des téléviseurs HD intelligents: 55 "Surface habitable, 43" dans chaque chambre. Situé à 5 min à pied de la plage. L'unité donne sur une belle piscine chauffée de style complexe avec fontaine aérienne, veilleuses colorées et piscine pour enfants séparée. Cette unité peut accueillir 8 personnes: lit king haut de gamme en Master Ensuite, lit queen avec surmatelas et lit gigogne dans la 2ème chambre; canapé-lit queen super confortable dans le salon. Barbecue au charbon de bois situé à la piscine, terrasse privée avec salon et vue sur la piscine. Près du Packery Channel, des jetées et de la jetée de Bob Hall pour le pêcheur sérieux. Équitation sur la plage juste au sud près de Padre Island National Seashore, ce qui est une excellente expérience et offre également une observation des oiseaux de classe mondiale avec plus de 380 espèces d'oiseaux observés en migration sur la côte du Texas. Ne manquez pas la nidification et le rétablissement des tortues de mer entre avril et août! Le parc aquatique Waves est à environ 1,6 km. Il y a des locations de voiturettes de plage disponibles et des cours de kite surf. Faites de vos prochaines vacances des vacances mémorables sur l'île North Padre!

As a family (2 adults and 2 Children in the age of 5 and 12), we had a very nice stay in the condo.
Everything you need for a stay is there.
The complex also offers additional options (pool, grill,...).
The surroundings are fantastic with the sea in the immediate vicinity and many excursion options.

Adorable unit. Clean. Nice size bedrooms and baths. Wonderful porch with comfortable furniture. I prefer gulf front views but this is the next best thing! Short walk/drive to beach. Heated pool close to unit. Would stay here again.

Everything was just as the property manager stated it was and the pictures are accurate as well. Very close to the beach (walking distance) can't ask for anything more! Will definitely let others know about this property and keep it in mind for next getaway!

We arrived on a Saturday, March 16, and prior to arriving had some questions that were answered practically immediately. Directions were very thorough and we made it there without any struggle. The location is EVERYTHING! The porch overlooks the HEATED pool (minus the kids side/cold water). The amenities are wonderful with beach toys, towels, pool toys, beach gear, etc... The instructions left by the host are crystal clear. If you need anything tho just text and they will respond 24/7 and quickly. Master has King bed and attached bathroom with shower. Other bedroom has full sized bed and a twin bed with trundle twin underneath. I believe the couch also pulls out into a queen but we didnt use that. There is a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. Everything super clean! Beds comfy! Internet fast! Cable TV! Just a wee little drive to the drive on beach access. Doesnt overlook beach but its literally RIGHT THERE! No complaints! We will return! This property was very clean. The water toys & boogie boards were a great bonus! The heated pool was perfect for the cooler weather we had! The area is full of family entertainment. Easy drive from airport. Quick walk to the beach. We had a great time!!

The condo is well furnished and the location is great. 5 of us stayed and it was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Management were also very helpful.

We had a great time here! The weather was warm, even though it was December! The kids loved the swimming pool and it was a quick walk to the beach. We played Putt Putt at Treasure Island Golf, ate at Doc’s Seafood, La Palma Mexican restaurant and Surfside Sandwich Shop. We also bought some souvenirs Nextdoor to Treasure Island Golf.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend!! My 16,15 and 8 year old agree.:)

We had 6 people stay at the property and really enjoyed the decor, cleanliness, close proximity to the beach, and patio area in the front. We did not get in the pool, but it looked spotless. Perfect place for families!

Quick visit to the beach with husband and adult son. The condo is conveniently located near the beach. It was comfortable, tidy, and quiet. We will inquire about availability when we return to the area. I recommend this comfy condo.

Came in for a quick beach trip with family, including 2 toddlers and a 5 year old. There were so many beach toys available and my the kids were so excited! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! The location was perfect too, so close to parking, the pool, and the beach! The hosts were quick to answer and very helpful when I called with a question. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Quiet neighborhood on the Island. Short walk to the beach. Large pool was great for the kids to play and not interrupt anyone else using it. Definitely a place to stay at again.

We loved this condo for our family of 5. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was fantastic. Parking was convenient. The pool was great and a nice break from the beach. The beach was a short drive around the corner. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.

What a great time we had here. Walk right out of the door to a fantastic pool and just a short walk to the beach! First time our young grandsons had seen the Gulf. They loved the boogie boards that were available for our use. Thank you for that! Home was very comfortable with everything we needed. Would return again without hesitation.

We booked this property for a fishing trip at Padre Island National Seashore. The property was better than expected and it was a great stay. The check in to the check went perfect and it great place to relax after a long day in the sun. We plan on returning in the future.
