well organised- front desk staff were exceptionally helpful - would go above and beyond to assist customers. Not forgetting the food - amazing breakfast saved - room service - in a timely manner! finally the house keeping team - amazing ladies always smiling, they work extremely hard to ensure the rooms are super clean! I will always stay at this hotel provided the cost will remain more or less the same! amazing security officers too

very spacious apartment. Everything you could need, apartment was very clean, staff very helpful and situated a 2min walk from a supermarket, ATM, dry cleaners and coffee shops/bakeries.

wifi was very slow in room

My favorite place to stay in Nairobi. I always get the same room (probably best view in Nairobi for that value). Staff is great, cook is great. Just love it

Excellent location, complete room amenities, fast wifi and bed was so comfy. This will be my new go to hotel when am in the city. Thanks to the helpful staffs, very welcoming.

Spacious, good amenities, cleanliness maintained. Friendly staff, supportive of some needs, courteous and polite.. Cleaners were excellent, security staff good.Place on the whole was safe and secure.

Food from cafe not always delivered on time to the room. Apartment kitchen was not equipped with utensils, cutlery, even microwave on arrival. Had to ask for things.then supplied. Microwave brought to the room after a week. General repairs need to be followed up quickly and checks maintained regularly. Spring in French doors from bedroom to balcony didn't work, safety compromised, not attended to immediately. Similarly shower in room had a problem leafing to water wastage. Breakfast menu should be updated to include a variety of egg dishes, cereals, teas, cheeseboard, pastries. It was very limited and boring.
