Two nights on business traveling to downtown Austin each day… this place was perfect for one (or two). Don’t expect “the Ritz” but do expect the ideal place that is close to everything and reasonably priced and is quintessential Austin!

This place was perfect for me! Now that my daughter attends UT I will be staying here every time I come for a visit!

The rental flat was within walking distance to small restaurants--we took advantage of the proximity and ate at three of them! The flat had all of the items we needed for a weekend stay--coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, utensils and snacks.

The flat was perfect. I came to Austin alone to attend a seminar downtown and the flat had everything I needed for a weekend trip. The host had good communication also.

Very nice, clean and quiet space, with exceptionally friendly and helpful host, and a good location to access Austin's downtown attractions by rideshare transportation.

The place was perfect for me, close to bus lines, coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is really well situated with lots to do nearby and within a short Uber ride of downtown. Ryan was super friendly and helpful and the whole process was really smooth and pleasant.

This fully equipped studio apartment had everything I needed for a week’s stay in Austin. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was clean and as described. Ryan was so friendly and helpful, yet I had my privacy. The location was quiet yet walking distance for coffee, restaurants and a convenience store. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come to Austin.

The property was really clean, comfortable and local feel. The location was perfect to be able to get all around town. Also, the owner(s) we're super nice and responsive.

I was super-comfortable at the ground floor flat. Ryan was very accommodating and kind, and the flat had all I needed. Wifi is fast and reliable. Location is very convenient for restaurants of East Austin, downtown, UT etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Although about two miles from city center, close to a number of restaurants and easy bus transportation. Appreciated the snacks and coffee and especially the helpful hosts.

This was a great home base during our short stay in Austin. Close to several great restaurants and bars, but still no worry about parking. Ryan was also friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area!

My wife and I booked this property for a weekend getaway in Austin. The property is very true to the pictures, in fact it looks even better in person. The Lyfts and Ubers we took to and from the property were around $10-$12 each way, so we weren’t really far from any of the action. The night we checked in we got to the flat and the A/C was not working properly. The owner wasn’t even in the country and he lined up someone to come install a portable A/C unit. So nice!!!! The communication with the owner was smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to fix the issue for us. After the portable A/C unit was installed the rest of our weekend was a blast! We look forward to being back in Austin and staying here again! We’ll definitely be back soon!!!

Really small but clean - owner very responsive

Ryan’s place is exactly what we needed for a weekend in Austin. Clean, and walkable.

The Lower Flat was a great spot to retreat to during a weekend visiting friends. It had everything I needed, and I felt very safe staying there as a woman traveling alone. It had everything I'd get in a hotel room, but was a more convenient location and more affordable. It was really easy to walk to cute coffee shops, restaurants, and JuciceLand nearby. Easy, no-contact check-in and check-out process.

I stayed in the lower flat for four nights and it was perfect. The unit is very clean and is as advertised. It is pretty close to UT campus and a couple breakfast / coffee type places are very walkable distance. I would definitely return for another trip to Austin.

The owners are charming, the check in easy, the studio exactly what we needed. I enjoyed their sense of decor. We could come and go as we wanted. This property is at the end of a quiet street. The studio is below an upstairs apartment. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We will certainly be coming back on our next visit.

This property is so cute and exactly like the picture! The neighborhood was quiet and extremely close to downtown. Ryan was an awesome host and I look forward to booking with him when I am in Austin again!

Loved my stay here. It’s off the beaten track and on the east side of Austin which is amazing because the restaurants close don’t have crazy long waits and the neighborhood is quiet. I stayed here during ACL and loved how convenient it was to the city and attractions minus the traffic. Ryan (the property owner) provides so many wonderful unexpected touches (local beers, coffee, and snacks) as well as a thorough guide to what’s around and what’s a must see. I would 1000% recommend this place for anyone staying in the Austin area.

The East Side Flat was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable and a great location.

The property is very nice and clean. Safe area and no problem parking on street. Authentic Austin with eclectic touches and close to everything. Ryan was very helpful and pleasant.

Accessing this place off I-35 was a breeze, and we were within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. Our host is quick to respond to questions. Check-in was contact-free and easy. The rooms were clean as new, and the host offered snacks and beverages. I would highly recommend.

We booked this quiet little nook thinking we wouldn't be in the room much. Then we hot there and I started feeling poorly. We ended up spending most of our weekend tucked away inside, but we still had a lovely time. It was comfortable, easily accessible to anytime we did want to go out, delivery drivers could find it easily without bothering the host or other guests, parking was not an issue, basically, everything you'd want. So many little details were provided for in advance. The shower is great and water pressure was enough to tackle my thick, curly hair which is sometimes an issue. There's an oversize sink in case you need to was anything with the provided woolite or dish soap. The lamps are in reach of each bedside. There's space for your clothes & enough hangars. Snacks & basic toiletries are provided in case you forget yours. The hosts are sincerely pleasant & it shows in the details in everything here. We've already booked our next stay.

Owners were extremely friendly, and welcoming. Enjoyed the area attractions, which are all very close by.
