Fabulous Breakfasts. The staff are welcoming and helpful when planning sightseeing around the city.

The breakfast was very good, fresh juice fruits yougurt cereal granola excellent bread w butter and homemade jam ,coffee tea and a Mexican dish prepared daily or eggs the way you like them.Very warm and friendly atmosphere

Maybe having a blow dryer ,and body lotion what have been nice to have .Can't really say there was anything we didn't like about the place.

La Betulia Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful and intimate space where you can escape the activity of the city. The breakfasts are phenomenal. Everything about the property is thoughtfully designed and the beds are very, very comfortable. But, best of all, the staff (and especially the manager, Daniel) are warm, friendly and attentive to your every need. If you book, you will have very happy memories!

Excellent location, great clean facilities and the breakfast each morning is amazing - you look forward to it every day. Daniel the manager went above and beyond to help us with some very unique requests involving getting a local mechanic to cut up some art packaging items for our luggage and was always available for advice and recommendations. We strongly recommend staying here.

The utterly amazing Daniel who’s service is truly legendary. What a pleasure it was to stay here and meet a wonderful array of folks from around the world. Quiet, clean and breakfast was perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Betuila and can’t recommend it highly enough. Daniel was welcoming and incredibly helpful with daily itineraries and suggestions for restaurants etc. The breakfast prepared on site was one of the daily highlights during our stay in Oaxaca- traditional Oaxacan cuisine made with delicious ingredients. Rooms and property were well laid out, clean and very comfortable.

As in all of Mexico there was some noise from the surrounding area during the night but not anything different to anywhere else in Oaxaca.

The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was kind and friendly.

I absolutely love the people there. Super friendly, super kind.

The accomodation was excellent only issue was no ac as it was warm and also the lights shon into the room. The breakfast was excellent and the hospitality too. Would definitely recommend

We spent two weeks in Mexico and this was probably the best place we stayed. Centrally located within easy walking distance of everything you want to see in Oaxaca and yet peaceful and serene. Daniel was great with tips on the local area and arranging transport. The breakfast was restaurant quality and staff were wonderful.

It is beautifully designed and peaceful, with a home away from home feel. The breakfasts were delicious and so were all the places Daniel recommended we try in town.

Daniel went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable and happy - plus Juanita and all the staff were so accommodating and kind. great breakfast and super clean.

If you’re a light sleeper, the neighborhood’s roosters and barking dogs made it hard to sleep even with ear plugs. But maybe the rooms in the back are quieter.

We stayed for four nights at La Betulia and can highly recommend a stop there while you are visiting Oaxaca. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The whole building complex with its rooms (on two levels) and the kitchen forms a cozy and quiet courtyard, which was great during breakfast and a good place to cool down and relax during the day. Our hosts and the whole staff of La Betulia were super friendly, very kind and helped you in any instance. The breakfast was especially outstanding (one of the best we had in 6 weeks traveling through Mexico!) and everything was homemade from the scratch, even the salsa was freshly prepared the evening before. Our favourite were the huevos divorciados, but the breakfast each day varies, but is tasty in any case (and it additionally comes with fruit and coffee or tea). You can easily explore the city starting from La Betulia and will be happy to reach this small oasis at the end of your day. So once again, a stay at La Betulia is highly recommended.

Such a lovely place - fantastic breakfasts (best I had in 6 weeks in Mexico!), friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms, community atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay there.
