The location couldn't be better, as it's just a few steps from the main square. The breakfast and coffee shop were delightful. The staff treated us incredibly well. The pool is very warm and inviting. When we stayed, they were doing some construction around our original room and I was not feeling well one of the days and needed to rest - they were able to switch rooms to a quieter one due to the construction. Great service and staff.

The two rooms we had didn't have much natural light, and the breakfast + coffee wasn't included in the room price. But those were not major issues for us.

Muy buena el área de alberca y estaba con suero buen clima! La habitación grande y en general la decoración del hotel súper linda. Lo mejor es la ubicación ! Cerca del zócalo y el andador turístico

La cama no es muy cómoda. Que no hay lugar de estacionamiento suficiente. La habitación no tenía luz natural (daba al pasillo la ventana).

Tienen un buen restaurante, la carta es buena, sin ofrecer demasiadas cosas, pero cumple. Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad en el interior del hotel, no se escuchaban ruidos. La habitación muy bien, no es de lujo, pero está muy cómoda. Muy buena la amabilidad de las personas que ahí trabajan.

Eigentlich nur der Standort.

Bauarbeiten den ganzen Tag im Hotel. Das ist ja noch ok, aber das schlimmste für uns war das man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte (in alles Zimmern) Das heißt wenn man frische Luft will muss man die Eingangstür offen stehen lassen. Was aber beim schlafen eher schlecht ist.

Very nice traditional style hotel and rooms. You get a welcome cocktail included. Staff is very friendly. Location is excellent. Safe parking included. Nice inside patio to enjoy a drink or lunch

Noisy ventilator in bathroom so you end up going to the bathroom in the dark so as not to disturb the other person.

En recepción me dijeron que si podían ayudarme con el error en fechas de mi reserva, cuando lo intente por teléfono me dijeron que no se podía y perdí mi noche.

Hotel muy céntrico

Las Camas con los colchones muy duros , cuartos pequeños , nos mandaron al fondo tercer piso y la cerradura era de llave siendo que la mayoría son de tarjeta , estacionamiento muy pequeño y creo que fuera de la ubicación está caro por lo poco que ofrecen a cambio en el cuarto

Habitación amplias y cama confortable. Restaurantes muy bueno.

Se escuchan los cuartos de al lado.

The staff were all very kind and ready to help.

Room 210! We spent our first night in this dark room .. without opening windows! It felt damp and the windows were covered in smoked film/stained glass so let little light pass. Horrible! I asked for a change and the staff moved us ..

There are better places to stayed with similar prices.

The beds are a bit firm for my taste. I found myself tossing and turning.

central location, beautiful building and pool. very clean. and super friendly and helpful staff.

I had to sacrifice the room with a larger bed that had no window to a room with a window (could not open it) with a view to outside with a smaller bed.

The location is perfect and room was comfortable. Also liked having Netflix on the TV.

I really would have liked a window in the room. I know that can be typical for Oaxaca but it was really hard to wake up without the sun. There was also hair in the sink and shower when I arrived. The rest of the room was very clean though.

Room and bathroom were very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, it is in a great area close to restaurants and shopping and the Zócalo main plaza

The location was central, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very helpful!

the beds really really hard / the noise from the AC / the noise from the bathroom extractor / the tv that was not working and took 2 times going downstairs 3 flights from the staff to react / the cleaning service was so so late around 16h in general the hotel is quite rundown and the staff is not interested in helping

Location was great, and the hotel amenities were awesome, especially considering the low price.

it has a lot of character, location is great not a lot of traffic around.
