THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING, and the staff too.
You could see the mountains from your bed in the chalet. It was so peaceful.
The chalet looked bigger in the photos but it was really nice.

Enjoyed the room very much came check was good and staff was great
My girlfriend and I were both sick after having breakfast at the property the morning after are stay which was disappointing

This seemed like an isolated location, but in fact was ideal for touring and also walking tours. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Os quarto onde ficamos estavam sujos sendo que o que nos foi atribuído ate manchas nos lençóis e edredões tinha, depois foi nos atribuido outro ,o pequeno almoço ser pago (14€ por pessoa por dia).Os quartos estavam em mau estado de conservação com vários arranjos mal feitos e as janelas não vedavam bem o que fazia com que entra-se frio no quarto .

Hotel main block closed at 10pm. So bar closed too, although we took a drink over to room. Paint work in room a bit flakey

lovely location. just wish it was a little closer to some kind of convenience store or something.
I felt a little guilty about waking staff up to get into hotel after night shifts. A key to get in the main entrance independently would maybe be a good idea.

really friendly great views about food was amazing as was service
stayed in a cabin and really warm and cosy
not the property as such but it’s about a 10 min taxi ride in to main town (which I didn’t think was bad) but a lot of taxi drivers were shocked lol kept saying out in the sticks but as I say I thought was ok and best of both worlds - short ride to town from amazing peaceful scenery

The security man was harrasing us and wouldn't leave us alone and I have videos and pic off him doing it and I am a regular customer and I am not happy

Staff were lovely and very welcoming, nice continental breakfast included in the lodge. The chalet was lovely and cosy within minutes of turning the heat on. Lovely views of the mountain.
The fridge was very noisy and when we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener so we had to open the window for a couple of hours to air the place out. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you
