Location as it's very convenient to Airport.

Don't even try to book this hotel online they are fruad, I booked the room online from their official website did all the payment but to my surprise on the day of my check in the receptionist told that my booking reference is not registered under their Hotel. I call their customer service to enquiry what went worng with my online booking but they divert my call to a guy who speaks only Hindi or local dialects which I don't understand(he sounds like local driver as I can hear the background noise ). I was fustracted waiting in the lobby for 2 hours but thee two receptionist were helpless not able to slove the issue. I came from 3 hours journey and was exhausted so I booked another room and paid all the necessary before I check in. When I go out for check out next day I ask for Cab service and they were charging me 813 rupees. I ask them why so expensive for Cab just for Airport, they reception guy. Again said 450 rupees for the Cab fare and the rest amount is for the GST for room fee. So my concern here is do they charge separate bill GST as it's weird .I have never experienced such a horrible and terrible experience. Overall it's bad service and would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The night staff were courteous.

The name of the hotel is something different. They use 2 names. Because of this i had to spend 200 INR extra for the taxi to take a couple of U turns in the freeway to search for this hotel. There is no board in front of the hotel to say this is edition hotel.. the staff themselves call this hotel with a different name. The receptionist did not accept credit card. She said only cash and that pissed me off after wasting 200 INR on taxi because of the hotel name confusion. After I gave the cash, she said she does not have change. Then i had to ask for 3 times at different times and finally they gave back the change when i was checking out. If you are so prompt to say no credit card or card maching is not working. Atleast, have proper change to give it to customers and don't frustrate the customers.
