D’MONDE CLUB : Anyway a good thing to do is the swimming pool and its restaurant that is amazing and defintly not run by the same people . Excellent service ! Very fresh tasty and good food . And very kind service

. When we arrived our room was obviously not cleaned . They would be pack of hair in the bathroom. Towels were missing. They would not clean for 2 days . The food at the breakfast buffet was dusty and not fresh and really not good and the people would obviously serve rather indian than us . Each time asking 3 times anything and they would give my eggs to someone else for instance . We have been both sick with my daughter because of the food. And they would say first it’s because we are western. (I have finished the week at the hospital !! So very nice ! ) They have at least gave us a suite instead of the crappy room . But everyone is rude in this hotel except the door man .

Hotel was quite Clean and house keeping staff were very helpful.

They didn’t check me in to the room that I originally booked. They never told me the reason for not doing so. Room that I located was very cold throughout the day and night. It seemed room AC was not working. After 2 days they offered me to the room that I booked. Lobby manager, Balbir singh was not at all courteous. During breakfast they don’t have book in service any guest come and find their sit at their own. This makes lot of confusion. Felt not valued therefore not returning back again to this hotel.

The hotel was very spacious with plenty of green spaces.

facilities in the bedroom & the bathroom. Light fixtures were hanging off in the bathroom , hardly any toilet paper, no hand towel and only one bath towel for two people. Room was dusty and bed linen wasn’t clean. Restaurant staff were not attentive at all.

There was a mismatch what we expected as five star and what we got! We were , two kids and two adults . They gave us only one towel. The bathroom was not up to 5 star level .

Rooms were dirty, found cockrocahes. Staffs were rude. They lack basic sense. No towels, they will take minimum of 1hr to get anything to your room. Bad breakfast

The Gym is exceptional. It asked for my aadhar card, but once I entered one of the best gyms.

Four times the reception promised a welcome drink, nobody brought it. For more than an hour, our luggage was in the lobby. People promised to take it to the room. Nobody took it. I dragged all the suitcases myself.

Rude staff, unclean rooms, the AC temperature cannot be controlled. Room was uncomfortable and very cold. The staff did not listen. Breakfast was horrible, cold and stale. The staff did not provide soap and shampoo. I and my son caught cold and fever. I strongly advice to AVOID Ashoka. DO NOT waste your money at ASHOKA.
