The hotel is beautiful, the room and bathroom were big and clean, and the view out is spectacular. The room had all the necessary amenities, the minibar and in-room dining have a wide variety of options, and the food and tea are truly amazing. Special thanks to Nepram and Shubham at the front desk for the hassle-free experience.

The pool could have been better: there are not many sunbeds, at least not enough and,in my opinion, the staff could be more caring about people who come and go, leaving their towels on the sunbeds without using them anymore

Very clean and luxurious room. Fluffy white towels; lovely, friendly staff who go the extra mile and apply personal touches; great food; good location.

The ground floor lobby can get very busy which makes the really great lobby cafe a bit noisy and not a restful tea/coffee destination, but I am not sure anything can be done to fix that. Not a big problem.

The driver for our local trip scared us and made my girlfriend cry. He would not take us to our destination. He drove 15 minutes away and parked in a dirt road to show us his friends shop. We didn’t know where we were. After that I demanded he take us back to the hotel straight away. He refused, started arguing and asked us not to to tell the hotel. He drove around in circles refusing to take us to the hotel. Concierge did not apologise or offer anything after the horrible experience. Just charged us full price for the next driver. After we spent 40 minutes driving in circles with someone scary. I complained to Ritika, she ignored my messages and did not acknowledge me. Then for our day trip to Agra, the driver was sick and had a wet cough. The whole trip we had to listen to him suck up phlegm and swallow it. This was a concern for us getting sick and also for Covid. The concierge staff Ankush Sharma, laughed at us being upset. Said that it is perfectly ok for a driver to be coughing up phlegm and was unapologetic. He was very rude and continued to argue that we should be happy having a sick driver for 6 hours.

Excellent rooms and reception service. Breakfast was amazing and the waiters were exceptional. We had a relaxing stay despite being in a central location in a very busy city!

The poolside smelt of drains and was not that peaceful because of the roadside. The concierge could have helped us obtain a SIM card as we struggled without an Indian number but they sent us back to Airtel twice. Airtel were unable to give us a SIM card. It would be helpful if the hotel had an ATM in the hotel as it was a little bit remote where it is placed.
