The location is great & the front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating the storage of luggage for a few days and receiving a package sent to us.

You can’t even sit outside by the pool in the evening ‘as there is no lifeguard on duty’. The spa is in the basement - very strange and difficult to access. Smell of sewerage in the lift area at times and there are no bar facilities until the restaurants open. While hotel restaurant prices are never the cheapest by a long shot. the prices at this hotel seem specifically high to offset the cost of the rooms.

Staff were really helpful. They would make more money if they served drinks and meals by the pool. You had to go inside yourself which made you decide against eating or drinking anything. It was a distance from the restaurant.

This is a proper 5 Star Hotel situated around 5 minutes pleasant walk from Bangla Saheb Gurudwara on the Bangla Saheb Road. The hotel is within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to Ramkrishna Ashram Metro Station (North East of the Hotel), Shivaji Stadium Metro Station (South West of The Hotel and perfect for Airport Drops) and Rajiv Chowk (North West of the Hotel). The area has several good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. And if you are able to walk for 15 odd minutes then you are at the famous Connaught Place (CP) which is one of THE Most popular Commercial Districts in the world. So literally countless of Shopping and Dining Options. The Hotel room and bathroom was very big and spacious. The Staff (Reception, HouseKeeping Staff of 2nd Floor where i stayed, The Breakfast Buffet Staff, The Security and Staff at the door) were extremely polite and helpful. The service was exemplary by everyone. My wife eats Jain Cuisine (So No Onion, No Garlic and No Potato). The Staff and Chef of Breakfast Table were most accomodative for this and served some really good piping hot meal every day. And gave a different option for all of the 7 days that we ate there, We could not use the pool, spa or gym facilities because we were out on most part of the day. But simply looking at it from outside, i found it very good and well maintained. One Amazing Part of the Hotel was that it was full and even at 7 AM the breakfast table was full of people. Yet Even in the peak of crowd, we did not have to wait for more than 10 minutes for breakfast. The breakfast spread was huge (As is the case with most 5 star hotels in India).

This is not really a complaint but a honest feedback and observation - we found that the staff, although super in the service, looked very stressed out. It seemed they were under some tremendous "do or die" pressure. This can be detremental for the people working and i urge the management to do something about it. Giving Exemplary is awesome but surely the staff should not get stressed. I would recommend, hiring some more people and relieving the stess of the existing staff.

Lovely hotel in a good location with 3 restaurants to choose from for dinners. Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was good, wifi was good and the staff were friendly.

The swimming pool was a bit inaccessible, having to access it via the spa downstairs and then back up stairs to ground level and outside. The hotel also lacks general open sitting space and a bar.

The staff particularly in the restaurant are very friendly and hospitable.

The room need to be updated and bedhead in particular needs to be replaced. It’s very dirty. This was first visit in 5 years and I found the bed very unhygienic. I have regularly stay at this property before.

every morning in the corridors people are banging their doors starting from 5 am . disturbs all there was a party at night and the music did not stop at 11 pm as expected . had to 2 times to reception and then went down and got annoyed . after 20m minutes music stopped . after that guests were shouting

I stayed at this hotel 4 years back. Things have deteriorated. Pillows are not comfortable, and neither was the bed. Breakfast options are no longer attractive. On top of it, there wasn't anyone to make an omelet. I asked for an expresso. First, a waiter brought normal coffee. When I told him I wanted an expresso, it took a long time to bring it.

Very good hotel in Central Delhi. Its worth the Price. I will come back for sure next time.
