Very basic quality of room, the towels are old and completely grey,, not white anymore. The room was not even cleaned and bedding redone from one day to another.

the property is very overpriced, the room was very small and really not worth the money. I’ll not be staying there again. Had to this time because of a last minute booking. the food was bad, they didn’t even give pickles with the paratha, the tea and the coffee taste like water.

The rooms are clean and cozy. Tata Sky had majority channels available. The location of the property is very easily accessible along withe ample space for parking. The hot water was available on the go. The room had a small balcony for feeling the fresh air for ventilation. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

The breakfast options could include sausages and salamis.

location is the best, you are at the heart of the city with all facilities nearby. Staff Shashi and Owner Zafar were the best and always on their toes to help you.

Loved everything about our stay, this hotel is a little hidden gem. it is run with heart into it. They plant little orangery there, cook for you, treat you with respect and good humor. And there’s a charity gift shop on site, with hand made goods. Location is wonderful, all coffee shops and markets around. Want to come again.

Bed and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. The location is central - good if you want to just sleep in the room and roam about in the day. The wifi works well. There's karim's nearby and public transport is easily available - metro is 1 km away and buses stop right in front. Staff was welcoming!

Common area is a drawing room which is quite unusable cuz of the way it's placed. Breakfast mein you get - aloo paratha, mixed pickle, tea, eggs and white bread - nothing more or less. The room is very small and my room was next to the reception so early morning I woke up by the sound of arriving guests. Even after I complained, I couldn't sleep back after that. Quite expensive for the size, but may be it's so because of the location.

The service was superb. Specially the manager was so helpful and polite. He always went out of the way to support us. It was so helpful that there was a driver/ Cab in the property itself. The location was so convenient. Walking or 50/- fee in an autorickshaw to the closest Metro station. Very decent neighborhood. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and other service points. You can take a morning stroll to Hauz Kaze Village cafes, pubs, momentums and Deer Park. Much greenery compared to other areas in Delhi. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Three things you shouldn't miss during your stay, here are, the bread omelet for Belfast, Biriyani at next door Kareems and a coffee at the coffee shop 2 blocks away (its so serene and decorated with nice plants and ornaments). A good place to explore the places in South Delhi mentioned in Chethan Bagat's books. Dont miss at least one visit to Hauz Khaz Social. Its unique.

Don't get deceived by the first impression. The place/ entrance looks small. And you might feel not valued for money. I also felt same intially. But I extended my stay twice from 3 night s to 7 nights.
