it looks like a three star property. the furniture and construction is very very shabby, there is lot of noise all around, you cannot have any conversation in the lobby. the rooms are terrible.. the facilities were all basic.

Staff, they made the children feel special and ensured we all enjoyed our stay. The gym was well stocked and even had staff to guide you if needed. The restaurant staff were amazing this goes for the chefs and servers. The rooms were a great size with a bath which enabled us to relax and rest after a long holiday and before we travelled home. The late checkout was amazing and the buffet food was some of the freshest I have eaten, flavours and choice spoilt us.
This was also very well priced for 2 rooms.

Pillows are very lousy and uncomfortable. Difficult to get a good sleep. Mattress quality is also not good for sleep

The staff and ambiance was incredible from start to finish. Diana, the masseuse at the Quan Spa was the most talented masseuse I’ve ever encountered. She gave One of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. You are extremely lucky to have her and you should do everything in your power to ensure she stays. I will literally return and stay at the hotel again on 21 July just to have a massage with her. Exceptional is an understatement. and the hotel, as always, was 10/10.

I had made this booking on behalf of my mother. I had called the hotel the day before she was supposed to check in and asked them to charge my card. They said they will do so and also reassured me that my mother will have no issues. however when she checked in, they were extremely rude to her and she had to pay up. I need to check that we haven’t been charged twice.

very tired fittings and hanging wires. bathroom fittings loose and tired. sink was chipped, taps were beyond scratched. doors were literally falling off.
the light in room was very very poor and dull!
