Location was good was quiet nice keep rooms and clean

Had to pay for parking $20.00 a night should be in with the hotel cost up front instead of told when checked in.

The hotel staff was uniformly friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable.

As with so many hotels this one seems to be run on a skeletal staff and as a result things are overlooked. The bottle of conditioner was empty in our room. We were a family of four but there were towels for only two and no bedding for the pull out couch. Curtain of the bedroom window did not work.

The breakfast hours were more than adequate, selections were great,good options. Location was great for what we came for. Help us arrange shuttle bus pick up to Cleveland Clinic. Easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly. Parking is available on site, contrary to Bookings information after finalizing the transaction.

Hard to find the entrance. It’s actually behind on a back street. It is loud but you are near the major hospitals so kind of expected

The shuttle for Cleveland clinic I am a patient who comes up for days to weeks at a time.

Price I thought was a bit high and I asked about discounts for Cleveland clinic patients but did not feel I got that deal.
