Square villa is the best hotel in Hội An. It is the second time we stay at Square Villa. The room always be clean, cozy. They always take care and redecorate for the rooms. The room is full of amenities, free water, coffee, tea. The beb is very comfortable. Everywhere in Square are tidy and clean. All Television is smart TV, just in five star hotels in Hội An.
The breakfast is really delicious with many signature local foods which are order from famous family local foods in Hội An. The Western foods have many choice, we love bana pancake, salad...
They have elevator for guest from now.
The staffs are so kind, they can help you everything. They will help you to book all tours, pickup service with the cheapest price but best quality. The cooking class is amazing. The spa next door will disount for customers who stay at SquareVilla, really nice.
We wish we could stay there more longer.
We definitely comeback Square Villa.

The owner is amazing and super friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped us around town. The room was of top comfort. It was spacious and had a balcony. No complaints

Everything at this property was great! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with booking our day trips and other tour activities. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh as the owner sources it from reputable restaurants. Our bellies were always full before we set out for the day. It was a truly enjoyable stay for the whole family. Highly recommend this hotel as it is a family run business.

Love the hotel, very clean and well decorated! A close walk to the main river area with many food options around. The staff were very helpful with check-in and booking taxis for us in addition to getting us tickets for Bana Hills! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

El personal era muy amable. La propietaria también estaba presente y muy pendiente de los huéspedes. La ubicación es ideal para ir caminando a pasear por el pueblo. Las habitaciones.son muy agradables. Super recomendado!
El desayuno podría mejorar, con mayor variedad y más rapidez.
Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas por ser gruesas.

The receptionist and hotel owner are very friendly and we had great chats with them. The hotel is located just 10 mins by walk from Hoi An old town, which is very near and convenient! Breakfast exceeded our expectations too, very yummy! Each of us had a bread+main food+drink, which was more than enough for breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious for the three of us, had a nice balcony where we could see the road. Love the ambiance of the hotel where it feels very chill and relaxing. Hoi An is a lovely place to chill and shop around, will definitely comeback and stay in this hotel again!
One thing would be that the room smelt a little moisty, maybe cus the toilet doesn't have windows, hence no ventilation. But not a big issue.

We enjoyed staying at the Square Villa because it was close to most shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were extremely friendly, recommended a lot of things to do and also helped us with booking a ride from our previous accommodation and to the airport!

Communication from the host was top notch. The host was very friendly and caring. The bedrooms are not big but comfortable (we booked a 2 bedrooms). We received a warm welcome from the host and went right away to dinner in the center while they took care of our bags. You can't beat the location - it is a five minute walk from Hoi An center. It is also very good value for what you pay. We will come back!

Simplesmente amei esse hotel. Instalações bem novas, limpeza espetacular, parecia tudo como um quadro de obra de arte de tão bonito que as decorações são. Funcionários muito simpáticos e amáveis, todas as vezes me desejando um ótimo dia e dispostos a esclarecer qualquer dúvida, até como aproveitar Hoi An por inteiro. Fiquei em um quarto familiar, que cabem 4 pessoas confortavelmente. Tudo novinho, cama confortável, cabeceiras e iluminação ótimas. Bem pertinho de tudo, caminhando uns 5 min. Ao lado possui um restaurante regional onde se pode comer o famoso Pho, além de um SPA que provê descontos para quem está hospedado. Café da manhã é programado e servido conforme horário informado. Super gentis!

Amazing location and very friendly staff! Tours booked from the hotel are also fantastic. Private car prices to and from that are offered by the hotel are also more affordable than Grab/taxi services. Highly recommend this hotel!

El personal era encantador, nos regalaron un desayuno. Nos buscaron transporte para ir desde el aeropuerto, y para ir a Hue, parando en todos los sitios que quisimos. Muy atentos. Muy limpio, y aunque a las afueras se llega en 5 minutos con un agradable paseo.
No tiene ascensor, aunque si montacargas (por lo menos las maletas).
Teníamos la habitación en el cuarto (planta más alta) y daba mucha pereza.

Staff were so helpful giving us tips on where to go and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very nice and the street was so quiet so we both had a great night sleep here!
There was a cockroach in the room when we arrived but I think that's due to their being no front door to the building and they leave the doors open when cleaning. However, this wasn't a problem as we removed it quickly and no more problems

We had an awesome stay at Square Villa. The room was spacious and in a great location. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed including tours & organising transportation for us.

Everything: the room was super clean, the premises were newly renovated, the ower was extremely helpful and present all the time for all of our smallest needs. We’ve been around Vietnam a lot over the past few weeks and this is definitely the best hotel value-for-money wise.

The host was really nice and helpful. A day before our arrival she messaged me to check if we needed pick up from the airport (we did) and on arrival it was very easy to find the hotel. We got there a little bit early but the staff helped us book a quick tour to those coconut boats to kill some time which was great.
The hotel is a stone throw from Old Town and there's plenty of food, bars and massages around.
Rooms were spacious and private, although, just beware this hotel does not have a lift so if you struggle with stairs or are very unfit just keep in mind you'll have to go up the stairs to get to your room.
The hotel has a a la carte kind of breakfast which you pick the day before.

The room was very pretty and had a nice balcony. Air conditioned room. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. It was really lovely that the staff offered to find vegetarian options for breakfast for me. The staff was so friendly
The driver they booked for the airport was not great. It would be helpful if the menu had a few vegetarian items or mentioned "Vegetarian items available upon request" on it - but it was amazing that the staff went out of their way to find me something the second morning! Thank you!

The property was extremely conveniently located, walking distance to the main market streets in Hoi An. It is a very new and clean property, the facilities are excellent, it was very comfortable.
The staff are helpful and attentive, they really care about you and strive to ensure that you have the best stay possible. We were even able to receive. discount with a local tailor due to affiliations. Overall, we had a very lovely stay at this property.

The hotel owner put our comfort first, we stayed with our 5 year old daughter and she gave us homemade yogurt and pudding and arranged a car for us at a discount. The free rental bicycles made it very easy to explore Hoi An.

This was our favorite stay throughout our trip in Vietnam. From the beginning, Sang (the hostess) was very accommodating and helped coordinate a car ride from the airport to the hotel. We appreciated all the suggestions of activities to do within Hoi An. I would highly recommend booking here for your stay in Hoi An!

We loved our stay at Square Villa, it was by far our favourite hotel of the trip! Oanh Sáng was a lovely member of staff and she helped us with all our needs, organising a trip to the coconut boats and making sure we had the best recommendations for dinner.

Property is nice, with cleanliness
There was no lift , but a manual lift only for luggage’s which took too much time to move our luggage. We had paid for room and breakfast as well. We checked out at 5am and we were asked to make the payment we did make , she added breakfast charges as well and we were not there for the breakfast. I requested if she could make some sandwich for us. She said no BUT asked us to pay. We didn’t want to debate more. We just paid and left
