This place was amazingly situated in San Juan with a real balcony to enjoy the beach front views each day! The apartment had everything you needed to beach and enjoy. This location was walkable to great food and easy to catch uber's to old San Juan. Eric was super responsive to our questions.

***I'll start by saying, I am the type of person, no matter where I stay, will ALWAYS leave a property better than I've found it because I believe in treating every place I stay, like home. With that being said, the check-in process, for me, was little bit tricky learning the keys and how to maneuver the gate and door. However, Eric is VERY responsive and hands on and will walk you through every minute detail. ***There were a couple of small issues, I addressed with him and he was very receptive to the feedback. One issue, on the first day, was handled within the hour. Eric was even kind enough to bring me some fresh produce to start off my stay. How awesome was that?! ***Albeit small, this studio condo is perfect for party of one or a couple looking to spend some quality time, in an intimate setting. Since, I travel back and forth to PR, throughout the year, I am very familiar with the neighborhood and really enjoy the walkability, which made this condo suitable for my needs. ***This was my first time staying "small", but must say I actually enjoyed having a little less space. And the view, "bellisimo"! 😊 This property books quickly, so don't procrastinate, if it's available during your travel window. You can't beat the price nor the location. Luciana "Lu"

My husband and I just returned home from Puerto Rico. This was our fourth trip to the island and our second time staying in this condo. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Eric is a perfect host. He thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The location is incredible and the view from the balcony is gorgeous.

Great location-best (and only) building directly on the beach., Comfortable furniture-large shower with good hot pressure- responsive host... cant go wrong here!

The unit is everything you would want for a Condado stay. Oceanfront with a balcony it is spotless and well supplied. Eric is the perfect host and we would definitely stay there again.

We could not have found a better place to stay. The location is perfect. The ocean view is amazing!! Eric is a remarkable host and everything is just as he has described. We did not rent a car as there was plenty to do within walking distance or a short Uber ride away.

This was the best property on Condado beach. As you walk the sandy shore you’ll notice very few balconies facing the ocean, and none closer to the beach with an unobstructed view. The condo was very clean and well decorated with local art. A true immersion into the PR lifestyle. Definitely staying here again!

Everything about this property from start to finish was amazing. Eric is so real quick to respond and gave easy to understand step-by-step instructions for check in. Even when we last minute decided to have a car, he was able to work with us to have a parking spot so that our rental was safe. He had great suggestions of where to go, things to do, and where to eat. The apartment itself is so clean, cute and cozy. Right on the beach. Walking distance to everything you need. We will definitely be coming back

Had a wonderful stay in Eric’s apartment. The best location you could ask for. Right on the beach and close to tons of restaurants, bars, and everything you could need. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you could need or want, including beach chairs and a cooler. Eric left very good directions and lots of tips on things to do. I will definitely be back!

We had the best time. the condo was beautiful. the beach front was stunning you could not get a better view than that. walking distance to everything. No need for a car even though we rented one it was a waste of money. We had a great time at the Marriott Casino. the best food was Restaurant Orozco's. Loved the authentic food. we also ate at various restaurants and the food was great there too. we seen Old San Juan from the ground and a helicopter tour from above it was amazing. Eric provided everything we could have needed and more. From beach towels, chairs, coolers. steps to the beach. We will definitely be back. this will be our new vacation spot. This provided everything we needed for our stay in San Juan. We woke up to beautiful views of the ocean every morning. It’s a short walk to a few restaurants, casinos, stores, etc. Eric was very helpful in making us feel welcome and gave helpful recommendations on excursions and restaurants. We hope to go back very soon!

First off the location is incredible. Right on the beach, right in the middle of a lot of things to do. Eric the owner was great. Very responsive to all communication and had everything perfectly laid out for instructions and recommendations. Great price as well. This is the best experience I've ever had on vacation.

The place and location are absolutely wonderful. Beautiful view right on the beach and we were able to walk almost everywhere we went from there. And the apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed, including beach towels and kitchen supplies. Eric made coming and going incredibly seamless, so we were able to just go in when we arrived.

This was the perfect vacation rental. A well appointed studio, right on top of the beach. The unit was clean and the owner was very responsive. Just steps from the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. Not too far from Old San Juan either. Much more affordable than staying in one of the nearby hotels, so a great deal all in all.

Definitely renting this property again. No need of a car, friendliness, prompted to respond, etc etc Super place

this was actually one of the best days I have done in Puerto Rico. a studio apartment I was given, and I was very pleased with the water front view. The owner was very kind and friendly. He also had someone that cleans the room that was very helpful. It felt like a paradise vacation. I am very pleased.

Our stay was just lovely the apartment has everything you could want and need. The view alone is so spectacular and sleeping/waking to the sound of the ocean was unforgettable. We got a chance to meet our gracious host during checkout and he was very nice. We cannot wait to return.

We had an excellent stay at Eric's property. Everything was just as advertised and the beach location really added to a perfect vacation. Great view of the beach from the balcony and the beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels provided really added to the experience and were used quite a bit during our time there. We had all the necessities to make the stay most pleasurable and the housekeeper, Delia was very helpful. Really looking forward to another stay at this property in the future.

This property is extremely beautiful! You have views that are just amazing, the sunsets, sunrises and simply the waves just crashing into the sand. You hear and see it all! This unit is located in a super convenient location. With Walgreens, CVS many different places to eat, Starbucks, etc, within steps of the location. The beach is literally right out the door! The chairs that Eric provided helped so much! There wasn’t an umbrella but there is a chair/umbrella guy that rents them $10 for the umbrella and I believe $7 for the chairs. That umbrella saved our skin! ☺️ The maintenance man on the property extremely friendly as well as other tenants on site. Eric was extremely helpful with explaining the check-in process, there is a lot of keys which can be a little confusing. But overall super secure building, we even had a tenant ask us for proof of our key fob before he let us is, which we thought was great. You definitely are secure! So many different little things that Eric offered such as coolers, speaker, beach towels, it was just beyond exceptional! We would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again!!! Fantastic hospitality Eric! 🙂🙂 thank you so much!

It was a beautiful view on the beach. We felt very safe in the condo with all of the locks on gates and elevator. Eric was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. We were right by a CVS and Walgreens for groceries and then a ton of restaurants for meals. The condo had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. We would stay here again for sure!

I sent my clients to the us property and they loved it! They said it was nice, perfect location and they loved how everything was supplied. As for me, the travel agent, the property manager was really responsive and helpful! I will def be adding him to my list of preferred for future clients that travels to PR and don’t want to stay in a hotel!

As our second time here, we enjoyed it that much more. The location is fantastic. The view is stunning. The comfort of the studio is just what you need for a getaway. Can’t wait to go back.

This cozy condo was a perfect place to spend two weeks on the beautiful San Juan beach. It had everything you would need to be comfortable, it was in a great location close to a wide range of restaurants and shops, and more importantly, right on the beach. we woke up every morning to the sun on the sea and went to bed listening to the waves. Eric was very responsive and he on site maintenance man was kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Eric!

The apartment had a lot of amenities. Stocked well. We had some trouble accessing the property but it was probably user error. We were a little disappointed with the beach due all the seagrass. Also I do wish we had known it is one of the most dangerous beaches. The neighborhood was great. Good food drinks nearby.
