There is no breakfast, there is no any service, very far from train station

Why didnt the owner advise me prior to arrival that the lift was out of service and we had to walk 2 floors of spiral stairs to the apartment. He could have given me the option whether i could canx. I rang the owner, and he said the lift was recently Out of Service, which is incorrect, other tenants advised me the lift has been inoperative for over a month and there was no news on when it would be fixed.

The location is good,near the Queen Street Station.
There is something wrong with the water heater,and the router is also broken , so I can't access the Internet.

Everything is within driving/walking distance of the apartment, loads of options for food including delivery around. Everything was clean and tidy, good facilities in the room. Couldn’t ask for more from the apartment. Contacted the host at the beginning, who replied and helped instantly. Keysafe is in a good location, everything was accessible.
Nothing to do with the apartment and the hosts, however the car park only has the one exit so if the road is closed this makes it really difficult to leave.

Only one access to the street. Location within perimeter of the UCI event, with traffic prohibition rules. Without preliminary info, i preferred to « escape » during the night to make sure I would not be trapped in the locked perimeter on the morning of check out day. No clear info ahead of time from service provider on this crucial element for the traveler. Being in the center has advantages but can also lead to problems, under specific circumstances. Dirty Trash room on the 2nd floor, full of rubbish, bags, bins… this isn’t disgusting.
Lift out of service. No indication of floor with the staircase. There are areas for improvement including communication.

Property was an easy walking distance to many Glasgow attractions. Buses and trains also within a short walk. The fruit, shortbread biscuits and bottle of milk was particularly appreciated. Very clean and comfortable.

Very handy location with parking close to property. Very good facilities. Comfortable bed. Nice touches from the host- milk, tea, coffee & fruit provided.
The double glazing was poor, meaning that voices in the street could be easily heard from the apartment.

The apartment was spotless and just the perfect size for the two of us. The fresh fruit and cookies were a lovely welcome gift and the location was absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of merchant city. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Very well maintained flat. Owner, Hassan, was very cooperative and provided very smooth check-in and check out experience. Secured off-street parking. Welcome basket with fruit, biscuits and milk.

Big apartment with good facilities in a okay part of town. If you're a light sleeper it will be a bit noisy (it is right in the downtown so kinda expected it) but earplugs worked. Wifi was decent, bed was comfortable. Our first experience with the fridge being on a switch and we didn't know it was turned off until the next day so that caused some problems but we got it figured out eventually.

Excellent location, good pre-arrival information. Parking was great. Very quiet neighbours and even though there is a bar next door and both Rangers and Celtic televised matches were being shown, there was little noise.
The area outside the building was very dirty with an overflowing bin and bags of food waste, this may have been due to the recent bin strike and certainly isn't the responsibility of the apartment owners but it was off putting.

Gorgeous flat in a great location. Flat is modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Residential parking in a central location like this is a rare find. Host was really helpful and the welcome extras were a lovely surprise

a little noisy at weekends with pub next door. TV would not let us log out of Netflix which was worrying.

Unfortunately the walk up to the main entrance was covered in litter. it appeared that the bin had not been emptied which meant that birds had strewn litter across the external grassed areas looking for food. It’s something the apartment owners cannot control but it was not a welcome sight.

Hassan was there to greet us and let us in to the flat. (Thought the key box instructions had been clear and would have been good.) Lovely to meet him and there was plenty of parking space. There was milk, fruit, shortbread - a great welcome. The flat was very quiet. Easy to get into the city centre as well as a short walk to Glasgow Green in one direction, the cathedral and necropolis (good views!) in the other. A really good location in central Glasgow.
The bed was not the most comfortable. But other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

There were lovely little touches all over the rooms, some tunnocks and bananas. The location is very close to the city centre, we walked everywhere without a problem. The hosts were amazing and so quick to respond if there has been any worries! We would 100% stay here again!

Excellent location for city centre activities; the immediate locality certainly has 'character'. Having parking immediately outside was a plus. The flat was a good size and facilities all good.
The photos on the site show this, so it was no great surprise but the decor/furniture in the lounge is a bit spartan. Maybe a low table in the middle of the room, a nice comfy chair and something more on the walls would make it feel less like a crash pad.
