The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I requested to upgrade the room because we end up with 3 people..the front desk lady upgraded us to a suite which is so good. Really big room and spacious.

The room was not properly clean. The table top in bathroom sink was still dirty. The carpet was not vacuum properly as there were still some rubbish at the corner.

With the renovation, the hotel rooms are clean, bright and fresh. Having easy access to Mid Valley shopping mall and The Gardens is definitely a plus.

We have issue with the sound from the heavy rain beating on the metal panel for the room on 28th floor. Also the children of next door was shouting and jumping early in the morning. Also dragging with luggage which we believe was the family checking in early 6 am or so. Also had thought parking the car is free for the two days we were staying at the hotel.

Excellent modern room, very friendly and helpful staffs and fantastic location. No complaints whatsoever for my second stay at your hotel and I am most impressed with the quality of room offered. Will certainly make this hotel my preferred stay for my next visit

Breakfast was good and value for money

This is the 3rd St Giles hotels that we have stayed in this area - the other 2 is St Giles Hotel and St Giles Residence ( undergoing renovation ). While the other 2 are located at The Gardens, St Giles Boulevard is connected to Mid Valley Mall. Its official opening was on 31st August 2023 - the day we checked in. The rooms were nice, well lighted, comfy bed and pillow. The bathroom and shower were good. It is not as extravagant as St Giles Hotel, but it serves the purpose and well equipped. The staff was nice and helpful, greet us well, inclusive housekeeping. Shyana was helpful during our checked out. For convenient, if you are driving, should try to park at C ie underground. Parking H is a multi storey carpark, and you have to take 1 flight of stairs to get to the lifts. Very inconvenient if you are carrying bags.

The buffet spread is very tasty, though, may be quite limited in choices - it is OK but not as extravagant as some other hotels. Nevertheless, the food is nice and tasty. The door to the Mall is shut at 1am to 6am. So if you want to watch midnight movies at GSC Mid Valley, you need to check how you can get back to the lobby. There is no couch or sofa in the room, just 1 study table chair.

i call many time, but the number provided in booking.com cannot be reach, they tell me to try again later but i try since morning till night, still cannot be reach.. i send a message thru booking.com to change the date of check in if possible, no respond at all
