Location. Everywhere (all located at MidValleyMegaMall) I had to go was within very short walking distances from the hotel.
The Grab-driver (from Subang airport) couldn't find the entrance!!! The ride was extended 30 mins after I told him since I saw the entrance, he had gone 4 long circles.

room simplicity. toilet got bidet. shower easy to use with the heater. room not to cold and not to warm. facilities fully equipped in the room.

The hotel location. And the hot shower and water pressure.
Couldn't sleep well cos the bed was not comfortable and single beds width not as wide as expected. Bigger size person would not be able to fit on the single bed and also bathroom stall.

Breakfast spread was great. Staff were all very helpful. Our third time staying here n very happy with everything.

Room is clean. Housekeeping up to date. Breakfast good. Location slightly off unless you are in that area for business our courses.
Parking is a bit complicated because it shares with the Mid Valley Megah Mall. If only they have some assigned slots for the hotel purpose would be good due to having to drag luggages from the lobby and kids to the carpark as the front door is very busy to park for loading and unloading.

Breakfast is good but it can be better if you have more varieties for us to choose. I like the location where the hotel is linked to the shopping mall which is so convenient.
The air conditioning is not cold enough in the room. It was very cold during our previous stays but not this time.

Cleanliness of the bed sheets, pillow casing (unchanged and unclean smell) and pillow (unclean smell, shall dry clean or machine wash). Even I called room service for getting new set of sheets and casing, similar smell exist.

Aircon might be an issue. somehow too hot, if on the fan become too cold. however air con turns cold in the morning.

Good hotel for a short transit stay. Connected to Midvalley Mall - shopping and foods are easy to find. Room was bit on the small size but comfortable for 2. Staff was helpful. Water pressure in the toilet was very good
